If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered flowers last week, to be delivered after a friends surgery on Tuesday. The flowers never arrived on Tuesday, so I called Weds morning. The women said they couldnt reach my friend Tuesday (though their was no VM on either of our phones) and said they were too busy Weds to deliver. They said they would deliver it on Thursday. Again, Thursday came.....and went. I called back again, this time a little more irritated. They offered no explanation or apology. To this day, 1 week later, no flowers have been received. I have a cancel order on the payment and will never use this florist again. I am not even sure they are a florist at all. Dont use!

This is a small florist that had been in business for more than 50 years. It always gives you the best quality of arrangements for the reasonable price it charges. It does business the old fashion way with a hand shake or with a phone call. In several occasions, it completes the orders before I paid. Wow, Im actually shocked at the lack of professionalism from this florist. I have no idea why they are in business especially in such a high priced area. Just called to order 2 dozen roses for pickup tomorrow afternoon. Lady was so disinterested it was offensive. Im going somewhere else that actually wants my business.
