I was thinking about my girlfriend all day that day. I happen to walk past this little shop On Washington st in Brookline, on my way home, This shop had beautiful plants outside the door which was very inviting to me. The Owner her self was there with her assistant. They asked me some questions about my girlfriends likes and personality and they created the perfect flower arrangement to compliment her personality, all for a very reasonable price. When I got home My girlfriend said she never had flowers so beautiful or so tailored to her, all the way from design to color it was perfect for her. And the best part this entire thing was the flowers were so fresh, they lasted longer then any other flowers I have ever Purchased. I will never go to another place as long as I am around the Boston Area

I saw many good review on her website, I tried to order flowers from her for my wifes birthday. Then I realize that the worst customer service and overall experience ever!! My wife works in Brigham & Womens Hospital. I ordered flowers for her on Monday morning and has it delivered same day before 4pm and paid $75.00 I received and email at 5 min before 4pm says she cant make the delivery due to the flowers I order was no being available. I call her right away and I was told she had NO FLOWERS in stock but she can make a delivery for me after 6pm. Since it would too late, I cancel the order. But my wife saw a small small flower arrangement on her desk next day morning, that flower just like someone got it from a supermarket and had it delivered to the hospital last night.

I have used Leslie at Finesse 4 times, and each time she was great to work with and delivered outstanding flower arrangements to my daughters. I live in California and I needed someone I can trust to deliver beautiful flower arrangements to my daughters who live in Boston. I am glad I found Leslie, because she has done a great job each time I have called her. She got the delivery to the right place at the right time with no problems. And my daughters have loved their flowers every time. I highly recommend Leslie.

Finesse made the arrangements for my wedding. Leslie provided excellent customer service throughout process, answering all of our questions (and there were many) relating to flowers and arrangements. Leslie is very knowledgeable, helpful, and creative. Definitely an expert in her field. The flowers were beautiful. I have since used Finesse regularly and have recommended Leslie to all of my friends. Finesse is hands down the best flower shop I have dealt with in MA.

zero stars for this place and its owner... ordered flowers to my wife , called to confirm 2 times same day and nothing was delivered, only to find out that finally after 2 more call left on an answering machine they delivered some type of chopped flowers (in my books worth of 20-25$ at most), also to find out week later this place overcharged my credit card by 10$ that i authorized them to charge dont use this flower shop - not worth any money

I bought an arrangement on Valentines Day for my present girlfriend to make our long distance relationship official. I live in California while my girlfriend lives in Boston. The lady on the phone was such a delight! She was great with helping me choose an arrangement and even suggested something a little less expensive to suit my situation. My girlfriend loved it and we are still going strong! I highly recommend Finesse Florist!!!

Wonderful!!! I ordered flowers from another local florist and was terribly disappointed. I walked into Finesse and asked for a repair job. The owned stopped what she was doing and did an awesome job making a beautiful arrangment. Her eye for quality flowers and pretty arrangments is outstanding. She seriously made my day. Prices are extremely reasonable too! I would highly recommend using Finesse to anyone.

Leslie is the best! Her flowers are absolutely gorgeous, and she is so friendly and helpful to her customers! Each year my Kindergarten class visits her shop as part of our neighborhood economics unit, and Leslie is FANTASTIC with the kids! She lets them clean roses, tells them all about her job, and it is so clear that she loves what she does. I highly recommend both Leslie and her flowers!

I found this florist by a simple Google search of the area around where my best friend works. I called for same day delivery expecting a hassle and got the complete opposite! I gave my price point and a few flowers I knew my friend likes. They were delivered on time and are absolutely beautiful! I will use this florist anytime I need one in Boston!

I have ordered from Finesse only twice but the customer service is fantastic! I just called up both times, gave a price range of what I was looking to spend and they made an arrangement to order! I highly recommend Finesse and all my flower arrangements are coming from them moving forward!

Last minute birthday order - Im a new customer, prep and delivery completed in 1h15 min! Yes, we are nearby, but no fluster no bother, very accommodating, and a lovely 11-11-11 compact basket which delighted our mature birthday girl.

Crowded nook in Brookline Village, you might not even see it or feel encouraged to walk in. Do it! I got beautiful bouquet for my sisters birthday, had a great chat with Leslie, the owner, and left in a cheery mood for the evening.

I almost walked past this small, one door wide florist. The florist herself, Leslie, loves flowers and her job. After consulting me, she turned the music on and started her art. And art it was... for a great price!

This shop does not keep its posted hours. Ive tried to come here twice and both times it has been closed even though I came within the advertised open times. Do not try and come in person unless you call ahead.

The woman in the shop is incredibly sweet. She was the only one who could get me white orchids in a pinch for a bride who needed them for her hairstyle today. Ill definately be reccommending finesse flowers! :)

In truth I cant rate the vendor at all. Given the high ratings I wanted this company to honor my loved one convalescing from surgery. Several calls. All went to a TAD but no return call was ever forthcoming.
