To Steven: We were doing our best to please all our customers and do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible, especially on Valentines Day!! Because we understand you want to show your love to your wife and relied on us to deliver the flowers to her on VD. But you have ACCEPTED the "approximated" time that we would be able for the delivery and you have NEVER told us the deadline for your deliver. We dont know your wife would go to bed at 9:00pm?? And since our driver had your flower already on route for deliveries (thats just 7:00pm), therefore, I would have no ways to tell exactly when itll get to your wife until the driver came back with the signed delivered slips. Please take the considerations of the time for deliveries are all depends on the traffics and how smooth of the process of the other deliveries in the areas!!! And I believed your wife had accepted the flowers and the time stamped at 9:05pm.We could not refund you your order is because it was accepted by the recipient on VD and we have to destroy your order sheet for security purpose because It contained your credit card information. I am sorry that you had a heated conversation with one of our staff about your refund request, since he does not see your order sheet in our "undelivered/refund" pile, so he knows your order is completed. Im sure he doesnt mean to calling you a liar. My apologies to you for that and Im sorry you to hear that you had a sad experience with us which this is NOT FAIR to us for you to say that since this really not our fault and your wife did accepted the lovely flowers!! But now you know we only carry nice flowers, I hope you would re-consider to use us for your floral need in the future or at least change your comment about us to 3 stars please!

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for delivery on the Sunday before Valentines Day. At 4:15pm they still had not arrived. I called the clueless worker who assured me they would be there by 5pm. At 5pm, I called back and finally he took down information to check on the order status and he would call me back. Twenty minutes later, he still had not called back so I called for a THIRD time. He could not get a hold of the driver and said they were busy, but he would get back to me today or tomorrow! Unacceptable, this place is horrible, do not waste your time or money with these people.......a few other reviews on this page confirm my experience. By the way I live less than 1 mile from the store, I would have gladly just walked over to pick them up....

VERY DANGEROUS.!!! watch out. !!! these guys are a Scam. They took an order for a simple flower arrangement for $50... very standard thing, nothing fancy... They promised to deliver early or call back "if any issues".... Well, they did not Deliver on time, and they did not CALL... WT F**ck !... I asked them to then cancel the order and now they want to keep the $50 bucks because they say the flowers "are in the truck" !! Theyre really a bunch of thieves... Eric, the guy taking orders, barely speaks English and the little he does, shows his wide lack of education and professionalism.... If this is how they treat customers, by flatly stealing, WELL I am reporting them to the authorities for theft !... This is serious

I ordered the "best" version of one of their arrangements for my girlfriends birthday which was the next day I called asking if it would be delivered before or after lunch and also just to check up on it. They told me it would probably be delivered before lunch and also checked to make sure without me asking if they would! The order was delivered around 11:00am. The arrangement looked almost exactly as picture and the experience was just easy. The website was easy. calling them was easy and my girlfriend got flowers at her work! very happy. I like it.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate even giving this company 1 star. I ordered a flower shaped cake, on the website it looked great but in person it was laughable. There were about 10 flowers all together and it had crayon candles on it.....crayon candles?! Wtf?! Like they just threw together whatever they could find! When I called to discuss it I was ATTACKED and yelled at like Ive never been before. I cannot believe that this is how a company would treat its customers. Please do not order from this florist!!!! Do yourself a favor.

I have used the services of E C Florist to send flowers to Longwood area and Boston for both business and personal occasions for several years. Eric and his team continually garner rave reviews and have gone the extra mile when I accidentally provided them with incorrect addresses a couple times. In each case, they found the correct address and still delivered the flowers promptly. Receiving their email delivery confirmations assures me the flowers got there and its a really nice service touch. I highly recommend E C Florist & Gifts. :)

Bad experience. Store opened an hour late so I couldnt pick up my flowers at the time I designated. On my return to the store the flowers (that I ordered 2 weeks prior) were not ready. I waited for 15 min. while the owner put together a random arrangment of flowers that didnt look anything like what I ordered. Cheap and unnattractive are an understatement. After making excuses, I found out that the owner had written my phone # and due date wrong, but amazingly had my 16 digit credit card # written perfectly. What a fiasco.

Terrible service. I asked for a delivery on Friday and they delivered the flowers the day before. I asked them not to contact the recipient because it was a surprise and they called her twice. I called to ask what was going on and the person did not speak English, and just kept saying computer error. However, I have the receipt and everything is listed very clearly. Never ordering from EC Florist again.

The lady noted to me that the flowers I bought for $50 (just 9 calla lilies) would last easily 2 to 3 weeks. Its the next day, I did exactly as she said - room temp water, vase. They are already wilted and dying....not even 24 hours later. So she lied and ripped me off. Lovely. Never shop here!!

They deliver the most beautiful flowers for friend. Everyone I get comes out great! The owner is always very welcoming and pleasant. My friend very love their flowers I always choose them send my flower.

Went there to get some flowers for my anniv. Eric was working there and he was very nice and explained me what to get. I got some roses and a bamboo from there. Overall good experience.

tried both phone numbers, and neither seem to get you to EC Florist. The 886 number was disconnected, and the 617 number got you to a company called CBI???
