I have driven past Mystic Florist many times and had never been there before, but like to try to support local business whenever possible. I went there to buy a bouquet for a friend and was told they were too busy to put one together. I know its Valentines Day weekend, but thats when people want to buy flowers, right? There was a store full of flowers, at least three staff and only one other customer in there. Im not really sure how they expect to sell the flowers in there if theyre unable to spare 2 minutes to put together a simple arrangement. Disappointing, as Id like to support the local business, but they have lost me as a current or future customer.

I made an order from Oklahoma for a friend that lives in Somerville and the lady from Mystic Florist (apologies I didnt catch your name) called me to let me know that the arrangement I ordered wasnt available. She worked with me to get it remedied and went above and beyond - just superior customer service and my friend loved the flowers she got that afternoon! I couldnt recommend them enough!! Excellent florist!!

This is the best place to get flower arrangements. Everything Ive ever gotten there has been spectular. I got my daughters wedding flowers there and everyone commented on them. Her arrangements are original, always frest and are most beautiful!
