AWFUL experience! The arrange was suppose to be delivered at or before 1pm to the receivers work. I did not receive a call and it was 4:45pm, I called and they told me they were backed up, understandable BUT no one called me. The arrangement was finally delivered at 5pm when she was leaving work which defeated the whole purpose of sending them to her work. I called and told them how disappointed I was, and the gentleman told me excuse after excuse. He than called me back and said they would make it up and deliver something Monday morning. Monday nothing was delivered I called Tuesday morning and the "manager" told me he never said Monday he said this week again I never got a call. I asked him if he has my number and how awful this whole experience has been. He than told me he didnt like my attitude and to never call back and HUNG UP on me. I have never had such an awful experience at any business in my life. I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered a bouquet in 2013 for a friends moms funeral and it was lovely. So naturally we ordered from them again when her dad passed last week. The woman who took my order had no idea what any of the flowers I requested were, so I made a point to email them the list when they sent confirmation (they also had my address and the delivery date wrong). I was completely embarrassed to have my name associated with what was delivered to the funeral home. It was the wrong colors and had wilted and dead flowers in it. It was awful. They had corrected the order to be delivered on the correct day, but I got confirmation of delivery the day before. Even still, they are walking distance to the funeral home, so how could the flowers be dead overnight. It was shameful.I requested a refund or a bouquet sent to the friends home. All they offered was a 20% discount on a future order. I will NOT be using them again.

Dont know who the owner is but staff is always clueless and unprofessional. Ive placed pickup orders twice over the last year and they hadnt even began preparing the flowers when I got there. Last time they totally forgot so I didnt bother waiting. The one time I did wait, flowers were overpriced and not of best quality. Fruit center down the street doesnt look that fancy but theyll put together a nice bouquet fast and at a reasonable price. Im not going back to this place again.

I placed an order online and the process was very smooth. I had called in because my friend was leaving work early so they made sure they left right then to beat her! Very friendly and eager to please! Ill definitely do business with the Milton Flower Shop again!

Terrible people. Delivered dead flowers to me when I was sick. Would neither refund the money, nor replace the flowers. Threatened me with bodily harm, chased me out of the store, and then followed me part of the way home yelling at me from their car!
