I changed my opinion! Dont go here if you are trying to sell your old gold or family heirlooms, Because unless you can generate a receipt for said family heirlooms theyre not going to buy it from you!!! some gold jewelry here to sell and was given great customer service, as well as a very competitive price for my gold! They gave me almost $100 more than the previous highest quote I was given! I will most certainly be taking all of my jewelry here to sell from now on! They also have an absolutely astounding collection of inventory and all high karat (18k, 20k & 22k) gold. The only drawback I had was that they only have one location and it is a decent drive from where I live.

Worst customer service ever owners are too rude frist thing first of all you are not doing favor for selling jewelery to ur customers you should know how to behave and talk to customer. My mom brought the coin of sliver and when she needs to send it to India she came to tilak for receipt or a stamp but instead of helping her owner told her we need to pay him extra 45 or 75 for stamp he was rude you should how to treat ur elders and talk to them. Remember its karma We brought so many jewelery from you guys knowing you guys charge way too much than others but I guess you all have made extra money now thats why you forgot how to treat ur customers.

I cant even give them 1 star, since these folks are crooks. They do not stand for their product or rather they make their product in such a way that customers will have to return to buy their service. The worst is how they will treat you, I heard them abuse one of the customer at the store.... Yes they used abusive words when the customer disagreed with them. I really felt like they should not be allowed to do business in our community....... Worse worse worse worse place to go..... There are lot other jewelers who will give you a better value for your money... Avoid these thieves (Tilak Jewelers) by all means.

I went to Tilak jewellers for repair my gold chain. The shop people weighted my chain it is 16.2 grams. After the chain is repaired it is 15.8 grams. I asked them the reason, they told chain is washed, so it has lost .4 grams. I dont agree with them. It has happened to me, so I advice, Please dont go to Tilak Jewellers for any repair.

This place is good for buying jewelry with an Indian theme to it. The customer service is pretty good and the variety of jewelry is also good. Gold as always is expensive but it does make some people happy... :) Would recommend this place in case one wants to buy Indian themed real jewelry.

One of the worst customer service you can ever get. The manager is arrogant and not even willing to talk to his customers. Who openly says to go buy some where else. Even if you want to buy something he is super uncooperative and unwilling to show any of the gold items they have in store.

Owner has lots of ego problem. We bought chain about a year ago and went their to fix for very minor damage. He created lots of drama and got angry in front of his own customers and employees. Very unsafe business environment. I strongly wont recommend this jewellers to anyone.

Had them resize my engagement ring, which was fine. Also had them replace a watch battery for a relatively expensive watch...the battery didnt even last a year. What a waste - I will never be using them again.

Great service, Friendly owners. Bargaining is possible before making final purchase. Talk to the final person, not the sales person. Gold jewelry is sold as pure gold price + expenses + profit. Do your math!
