I went into this store with a mens gold ring, which had 1 smalll diamond in it. I was told by the salesperson that the diamond was worthless. They always get damaged trying to remove them. Therefore having no value. He did offer it back to me if i wanted to take it to jeweler and have it removed myself, but i chose not to because i needed the money. Ive found out since then, that the diamond has value no matter how small & jewelers are always removing diamonds from a setting without damaging them. SO THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME! This seems to a tactic that this kind of establishment uses to screw people. Ive had another place try to tell me the same. BEWARE!

Poor. I also dont like how the owner responds to reviews. The responses are impersonal, also ripe with incorrect grammer. Very unprofessional staff inside the store and online. I recommend freshening up on your launguage arts. I decided agaisnt selling my family coins here simply due to lack of professionalism and crude behavior displayed by employees in the store, in front of my young child. Do not recommend this dealer. What a waste of time...worst staff ever.

I went twice to this store. The second time I had the woman that works there weigh a couple of charms, I decided against selling them and set them to the side.. When I got home and opened the box that contained the charms one of them were missing. Im not saying they did anything shady...but Ive never lost a piece of jewelry and the only place I went was to this store.

I disagree with the previous review based on my experience. Id recommend anyone wanting to sell their unwanted gold, silver, jewelry, etc to check these guys. The employees there are very knowledgeable and were very helpful!
