My Fiancé came in to buy a ring for me, they saw her engagement ring and tried to sell her a protection plan for it. They did not get my permission and used my name to pull my credit card information and told my Fiancé when I purchased her ring and just how much I paid for it. They obviousely have no concern for your privacy and are just trying to make a buck. I have gone back in to have my ring resized and they messed up the ring. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the manager has an eat sh... attitude and doesnt try to do anything to fix the problem. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE GOES THERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have purchased my wedding ring, and two necklaces here; Melody has always helped us and she has always educated us on what we were purchasing and respected our wants/needs/price range. She even calls us when upcoming sales are coming up. Love all my jewelry I have from here, and the people are wonderful.
