Can I leave 0 stars???? very disappointed! Dropped our dog off, mind you she is an 80lb pit/blue heeler mix, who is very friendly.. they called after her being there for 5 minutes and said we had to come pick her up, I asked why and she holds the phone away from her faces and ask someone else what do I tell them?? Someone else gets on the phone and she said your just going to have to come and get your dog, we cant groom her today, again I asked why? she responds with she nipped at one lady that was trying to get her out of the cage,( for one, they told my husband they were getting right on her, never said they were putting her in a kennel, if that was the case I would have told them done take her muzzle off because she doesnt like strangers snatching and making her do things she doesnt want to do) and when we tried to pick her up she nipped again, I think she is just having a bad day... ???!!!what??!!!! I asked did my husband bring in her muzzle, bc she is much more cooperative when she is muzzled. she said we cant muzzle her the whole time, ok understandable.. but they wouldnt even try and were very very rude. I will never take my pet or buy anything from them again, do they have nay clue how hard it is to take an 80lb dog 30 minutes from home??

I took my dog to get groomed there. I travel frequently and visit PetSmarts across the South for grooming. This PetSmart was unable to locate our records, saying there was no such thing as a database, which other PetSmarts were all able to pull. I was a little skeptical but left my dog for grooming. They took my dog to the back and I watched through the door to the kennels as another associate in the back was banging angrily on the kennels of barking dogs. When I returned she had several knicks and cuts, one ear was longer than the other, which the groomer pointed out herself and said she was sorry, and the nails had been cut so short it was sensitive for my dog to walk for a few days. The groomer that helped my dog was very sweet, but after seeing the attitude of the other groomers along with the problems I encountered, I am not going back here for grooming.

Took my dog in to get a bath and nails done. My dog has never met a person or dog he didnt love. But walking in to the PetSmart Grooming, he was visibly scared of the place. His tail went between his legs and he started shaking. Hes been to other PetSmarts before and never had that kind of reaction. Not sure what is going on there, but something about the place spooked him from the get go. They got him bathed, but were unable to trim his nails, as he was agitated to the point where he started nipping. Judging by the way one of the ladies was talking to a dog she was grooming, she was no true dog lover. While others have had good experiences here, we did not and well be looking for a new groomer.

Groomers were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They acted as if they didnt want to their job, which is to groom dogs, and kept trying to pass the job on to the next person. One of the grooms kept complaining about how too many colors would cost me "too much". Its $2 a streak and I only need the tail done in six colors. its wouldve been about $12. When is $12 expensive? Let alone $20? He went on to complain about how it would take too long to separate the colors. I would PAY for it? Dont see why they were all up tight about doing their jobs. I will seek out other grooming locations, whether that would be going out of my way to a different petsmart, to a petco, or a different groomer.

Great, friendly trainer!! However, all products in store are overpriced. Some are sold for half on Amazon. Cashiers arent helpful or friendly. We had a coupon for 15% off tick and flea and 20% off the rest of the store good June 1-4 and they wouldnt let my husband use it June 1. He bought the products anyway. June 2 I went in asking if theyd adjust our receipt, and the manager came and asked if we were buying anything else and how much it cost before shed approve it. Then she only approved the 20% off for one item, not the whole ticket. Is it company policy or not??? Why do your employees lie about when we can use coupons when its clearly printed??? Will never return!!!

We had the most unprofessional trainer. We were accused of bringing in a dog that would fight with other dogs. He mentioned talking to us about private lessons. And when I said that we wasted time and money coming in he flipped and said he gave us a solution. Which he only said we could talk about private lessons. Not telling us anything about the money we already payed would cover it. And told my wife that he didn’t like my attitude. Sounds like this guys needs to work at a pound were he is not around the public, or get some people skull training, in which I have had and continue to go through. Rant over, dont waste your time if your dog is full of energy!!!

Went to get my two mini poodles groomed for the first time and the groomer by the name of Jordan was more than rude and snappy upon me entering the door. There was no friendly smile or welcoming attitude from her at all. Even her apology was dry and unmeaning. When Charles the manager came in he also have this nonchalant half apology and never addressed what took place but assumed that I wanted a free groom. Im sorry you were misinformed but not everyone wants something for free. On another note it cost nothing to be kind and show a friendly place. This experience has ruined my day. Jordan and her boss needs a reality check on what customer service is.

My baby girl, Nyla, loves going in here! I buy all her dog supplies and food here. You may pay a little more than at Wal-Mart or the Dollar General but you will not get the personal attention or ACCURATE information regarding your fur baby! They also have dog training available as well as an animal clinic attached to the store. The animal clinic does have different hours from the store. But you can still weigh your pet for free anytime during store hours. This helps me since my baby girl is on weight control food!

I had my pet groomed here, and sadly, I can not remember the groomer I ended up with. I paid for a shampoo with a deshedding solution and a minimum of 15 minutes of brushing with a furminator, and my dog had shed enough by the next morning that when I swept up the fur, It made a pile more than 12 inches square, and over 2 inches high. This is what she typically does when she hasnt been brushed in over a week. I am certain I did not receive the services I paid for.

The store itself is great. Banfield is amazing, weve always vetted there. Raining classes are awesome. Uncle Stinky is the BEST. The grooming however....were on hour FIVE waiting on my 2 pups to be finished. Never in their lives has a bath, dry, and nails EVER taken this long. I checked in at 3.5 hours and was told an hour more. It has now been 5 hours and I still dont have them.
