I purchased a giant roll-a-nest on 8/22. A week later I called to talk to a manager and tell her that this item was not woven correctly and was already falling apart. I have bought 2 others before and never had a problem. The manager said that they did not have another one, however, they were getting a truck in and there might be one on it. I had her take my phone number and asked her to let me know one way or another as if they did not get one in, I would order a better one online from Dr. Fosters and Smith. I NEVER heard back from the manager. I bougot a better made one online and for a much cheaper price. I have been a customer for years, never again though! Customer service is terrible...and that was by the manager herself.

They have an excellent selection of high-quality pet food that is very hard to find in other pet stores in the area. Theres also a very good selection of healthy treats, but I would like more of a selection of small to medium sized natural bones.

Our favorite pet store in Pensacola. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Take advantage of the specials they have for dog and cat food. I think its buy 9 bags get the 10th free. Makes a difference when your buying the expensive stuff.

Excellent business for pet supplies. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The store is very clean and the animals very well take care of and obviously healthy. My Vet even recommends it. The customer service is number 1.

The prices here are great based on other chain pet stores in the area. The people werent as knowledgeable about fish products as they were the dog and cat products, but still very kind and helped as much as they could.

Lots of fairly priced live fish. New stock weekly. Helpful and friendly staff but most of the time understaffed. Price for dry goods relatively the same with other regular/commercial pet stores.

The manager on duty was rude and they do not match the online in-store item pricing which doesnt make sense. Id rather pay the extra money and go to Pet Smart or elsewhere.
