We have been purchasing food for our dogs at NPP for 2 yrs. We were in disbelief how friendly the staff was on our first visit - we figured it was bc we were customers. 2 yrs later and they are still providing that same customer service as they did on our first visit. Ken and Shari have made a strong impact on our family, the whole crew is great though. They are extremely knowledgeable on all products, answer any questions we may have - or ask someone else if they are unsure, they give us their undivided attention, and overall just good people! They take time to get to know you, your not just another bag of dog food or chew toys. Nashville Pet is the only place Ive ever been where customer service is 100% every visit. There are not very many places you can go where the staff opens the door and carries your products to the car - smiling the whole time. We live in Lebanon and wish there was one a little closer to our home...However, I dont mind the drive though bc I enjoy visiting with the wonderful folks at NPP!

Great healthy products for your pets, friendly staff, and Kittys that roam the store and greet you! I recently looked into how big corporate petstores (you know the ones) horribly neglect their small animals that they have stockpiled on the back, so I am very happy to find a local alternative. Also these people really know what they are talking about when it comes to whats best for your furry best friend. They helped my boyfriend and I find some species correct food and how to ween our dogs off their old food and on to something much healthier. (Yes healthier than blue Buffalo)

Our dog Rhett Buttler was sooooo picky . He just about stopped eating. He also had food allergies , that was the problem. At other pet stores I had to buy huge amounts of dry food. I cannot tell you how many bags of food we gave to our neighbors because our dog coudnt eat them! Nashville Pet would give me samples, not one, not two, not three but MANY....until we finally found a food my dog could eat without having an allergic reaction. Thank you!!!! You will always have my business!!!!!!!

My wife just gave birth to our daughter so I really was in a pinch not being able to take our sick cat to the vet. They wont sell you any antibiotics or eye meds without coming in. I looked everywhere for the Terramycin my cat gravely needed. Low and behold the last place I call, Nashville Pet Products, came through bigtime. They offered to hold it for me until I got off work. Next time I will call these guys first!

I recently just started shopping here and from the first day I knew everyone was nice and one of the employees helped me to find food for my dogs that will work best for them and be the best for them. But in my more recent trips I have realized that the staff goes completely above and beyond what any other store Ive been to does. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone because of their level of service!

Best pet food and staff around. They open the door for you, get your food for you, and take the food to your car for you. Also love that any food in the store is going to be 1000 times better for your pet than anything at a regular pet store.

Staff always friendly and helpful and they have a good selection! My fiance would prefer if he could carry out the bag himself but I dont mind if its just me since I get a big bag that is heavy for me to carry.
