My husband and I are unfortunately only in the area for a very short while and wish we were staying closer because of these guys. Weve never had a pet store where every employee loves on your pet like they are it is their own, and for someone who has a dog that LOVES people, this is a great thing. She always wants people to pet her and this place really scratches that itch. They have a huge, clean variety of dog food, including BARF frozen options, if you are looking for it. Otherwise their dried grain-free selection is very reasonably priced as well. Very helpful employees that always insist on helping you carry your items to the car. Im not sure why the one reviewer feels smothered in here, if you tell them, "No, thank you," weve never had them follow us around the store while browsing.

This is the best Pet store in Nashville! When I pull up to park they open the door for me. I walk in and tell them what I want and they go get it and bring it to the counter for me. The customer service is above and beyond. After I check out at the counter the employee takes all that I bought to my car for me.VERY clean environment. Just try this place once and you will never go anywhere else. The pet food they carry is high end for a terrific price. The employees stay informed of the pet food industry to make sure they are protecting your pet. I have been to alot of pet stores nationwide and this one is the best so far.

Actually, I am not a fan of the extreme service. I am unnerved at being greeted at the door and my every step shadowed. I dont feel free to just browse. So many questions and so much friendliness, I cant think. May I please just shop in peace? Id go to another pet food store, but no one else has the brands I want. A simple, "May I help you find anything?" would be fine. Then when I answer, "No thanks, I got it.", you would say. "Great, just let us know if you have any questions." Then leave me be. Thank you.

I cant deal with the over helpful employees. I know its supposed to be friendly and convenient but its so very overwhelming. They make it hard to browse, they carry your products to the register and your car. I feel as if there are too many employees dedicated to carrying your purchase. The higher price of products compared to a place that has say, one employee per shift (like Wags and Whiskers on 12th) clearly reflects this choice. Its overwhelming as a customer.

Very spacious store with tons of unique products and friendly, helpful staff. From the moment you walk in, you feel VIP, as does your pet. I really appreciated the time they took to get to know my dog and his dietary needs/preferences before helping me select the best items. I never felt pressured to buy anything-and honestly, I wanted to buy everything. A great place to go refresh your pets toy collection or pick up quality food, treats, and supplements.

I had a wonderful experience. The extremely helpful staff helped me pick up some new food for some finicky kittys and even gave me a few samples to try out if what I bought wasnt working. Clean store, doesnt smell bad, cats around every corner. They have a really great selection of the higher end food you cannot find in the usual places, including raw and freeze dried. I was so happy and so were my furry kids. I will be going back and often!!

I am not a fan of this place. I used to really enjoy coming in and shopping for my pets. Lately, the employees seem to hover over me and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I know they are trying to be helpful but sometimes I dont need assistance. It sometimes seems like they push you to buy whatever is new at the time. It reminds me of old car salesmen tactics.I will no longer be shopping here. I have plenty of other places to shop for my pets.

This was our LAST visit to Nashville pet supply. A nasty employee told us she would appreciate if I never came back. This woman is an issue every single time I go into this store. If I knew her day off I would just go when she wasnt there. Listening to your customers is key, fighting with them and telling them not to come back is a terrible decision. Awful experience, I wont even mind driving miles out of my way to go somewhere else.

Dont bother looking for work here,Its not what you expect.Bottom line multiple jobs available means ,more then one job.At this place it means youre gonna have the opportunity to do everyjob ,everyday. Thats a scam. And dont bother applying if youre skins not white, or Native American like me. Youll get escorted out the door. I can find my own way out

The second I walked in I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable employee who gave recommendations, but didnt hang over my shoulder while I shopped. He took the bag of food from me so that I could look at more stuff, and even helped carry it to the car. Reasonable prices all around, and a very clean and organized, but pet friendly store.

These people always take such good care us, carrying our dog food to the car for us. Happy to answer questions and staff is always super friendly. The prices are a little higher than less appealing places. (As to be expected) Although they normally run several sales at any given time, making the prices not so bad.

Every time I enter Nashville Pet Products Ive been greeted by one of their very kind staffers. They are always willing to help me find what I need. If I tell them that Im just looking around, they are good about not bothering me but make themselves available if needed. We go here regularly!

Incredible staff and selection of healthy food, treats, and toys. I love the advice I have received for our new 18 month old rescue and for our 2 10 year old cats. Our dog is also nervous around people and the staff has been so gentle that she now loves going!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Tremendous product selection. The best diets for dogs and cats around. My cat has chronic diarrhea issues. Their selections of raw frozen diets has finally helped to get it manageable.
