I am very pleased with Lucky Dog. I have a Chiapoo (Chihuahua-Toy Poodle), and I am very picky about her hair because she is so small. She is only eight pounds, and if her hair is cut too short she looks like a shaved rat! I just moved to Florida from out of state and was hesitant to try Lucky Dog since they had no online reviews. I did my best to communicate to them how we like our puppys hair cut, and they asked clarifying questions about details I had not even thought of yet! When I picked her up, she was fluffy, happy, smelled delicious, and looked fabulous! I was surprised that they got her hair so perfect the first time they ever did it! I will definitely be continuing to utilize their services!

HORRIBLE! Would give a 0 if we could! First time visit. Do not take your animals here!! They claimed to have brushed bathed and trim the nails on our large dog. She came home with Kennel Cough!! Not to mention still stinking, had ticks on her that had not been brought to our attention! AND no nails trimmed, and not even brushed out. There was a child in there that was just wondering around. Not a professional business and terrible service!! Paid $50 for nothing!!

Honest, dependable, kind, caring, and super pet/dog friendly salon. They always listen to what I want and will suggest services but never a hard sell. My 14 year old puppy loves hanging out at lucky dog and is treated with respect and gracious care. They sing and dance and play with their furry clients, making them feel loved and relaxed. I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else!!!!!!!
