Staff and instore stock is amazing! They carry higher quality dog foods like Wellness and Blue, and increased their prices on the crappy food to keep customers away. If youre visiting, try some of the better foods for your dog by weaning them onto it. (I promise, Purina and Beneful are terrible.) The staff are great, the animals are impeccably cared for, and they have a wide selection of toys, collars, harnesses, etc. They also have a large selection of pet health products, which I have bought a couple. I have never found anything I didnt like, aside from shock and choke collars. Staff are friendly and helpful. Once of age, Id love to work here myself.

I bought two angel fish to add to my 30 gallon tank, adding them to 7 other fish that I had for a long time. One angel fish died within a week then all my fish started getting white cyst looking masses on their fins and all died slowly one by one until they were all dead. Pretty sure it was ich and Im pissed because of money wasted on all my fish that I bought, my two year old pointing out a new dead fish everyday, and my tank was well adjusted until I added the Angelfish. Never buying g anything from petsupermarket again and no I would not recommend them.

They do not carry (or had even heard of) the Kong brush (for cats and dogs). The Iams cat food I buy for my cat is $3/bag cheaper at Kroger (for the exact same brand and size). Employees are very friendly, but I dont believe are very knowledgeable. I purchased a dog crate from Petsupermarkets website, which has a much larger selection and better prices than the store. The website is not user friendly, does not give a tracking number, and I was shipped two crates when I only ordered one. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I use to work here and when I was working here, I loved my manager and the staff I worked with. Once my manager left to go to another location, it started going downhill, and people started leaving. I left after a while because I didnt like the new manager. I hope that for the sake of the customers coming in, that they are still doing a good job serving customers.

Nice selection of pet products from cats and dogs to birds, rabbits, & even fish. They have live rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds often. No reptiles though. They also have rescued cats & kittens available for adoption. Good sales & regularly send coupons through the mail. Handicapped accessible and plenty of parking right at the entrance.

Liz the manager is thoroughly knowledgeable and takes the time to help and educate customers. I am never disappointed when visiting this store. Staff seems to change often. It is a hit or miss in service especially when Liz is off. Otherwise, they get the job done.
