I dont recommend EVER coming to this store believing you will be treated right by the manager Chett. Very, very poor customer service! If I could give 0 stars, I would. The rest of the staff is great as far as Im concerned, though. I would absolutely choose pet smart, petco, etc. over this particular location ANY day. Basically what Im saying is dont waste your time going here.

Its hard to really get an accurate gauge on a store when they dont open when they say they are open. Showed up on a Saturday at 9:45am and the doors were locked. Signs say open at 9am. Sure makes it easy to never come back.

My experience was fantastic. The assistant manager Justin is wonderful. If your looking for high quality fish and plants this is the place to go. Great place with even better people.

Wonderful place to go to if ever you need something for your pets. I just go here every time I need and Django, my dog, and I go here for a stroll too.
