The manager, Missy, is very rude. We were in today to buy some cat treats and mice for my snakes. We were pointed toward Missy when we asked for help, and she interrupted the woman trying to get her attention with "No no no, I am with other customers and they will have to wait." All while storming off to the front. Now, this is all good and fine, I do not think I am anymore important than someone who was in front of me. But I do not appreciate her snappy tone and dismissive attitude. I work retail, and a simple "Ok! I will be with them in a moment." Would have been a all around better response. You do not have to be overly chipper with your customers, but her attitude was very off putting and gave a harsh "I dont care about your concerns" vibe. Especially when we went up front and she proceeded to ignore us after helping her current customer. At check out, we thankfully had another associate help us out, she was very friendly and courteous to her customers. We asked for a number we could comment on our experience with, and Missy was even rude to her employee. No big surprise there. The number we were given was one that would help us with a membership card, not anything to do with customer service for in store problems. Very unprofessional manager, your attitude speaks volumes to your customers!

Brought my puppy in here and had the worst experience. I told the sales woman what I was looking for and she then went on to grab treats from behind the counter, she did ask if my dog could have treats but I was not prepared for her next actions. She then went on to direct me toward the items, holding the treats behind her back and enticing my puppy, "Come on, puppy. Follow me." When I stopped to give my puppy distance between us and her she turned and then AGAIN enticed my puppy. Never have I experienced a person so unaware. In no training or real life situation should a person EVER entice a dog to be distracted from their handler let alone follow them despite their handlers commands. I expect more from a worker at a pet store but clearly my expectations were too great. I will be hesitant to shop at this store again because the workers are always fawning and overly excited over my dog, not realizing that they are encouraging poor behavior and frustrating their customer. The workers focus should be on me alone and not on my dog.

While traveling with my dog I decided to stop in and check out this store. They have a nice selection of dog clothes, collars/leads, crates, and food. They have a store loyalty card and a quick tags machine. This store was very clean and the staff was helpful. This store does not sell dogs or cats.

Bought two parakeets three years ago. One always had trouble flying. It died so I bought another. That one also had trouble flying. Died within ten days for no reason. I wont be back.
