Staff is nice as can be,as far as prices way more expensive on lighting and accessories they are almost twice as expensive as other pet stores around town. Literally just bought a 50 count of super worms 10 mins ago get home to separate them out I had 14 live and maybe 5 shells in the container. Not the first time this has happened either every time I buy dubia 50 ct I never get more than 25-30 bugs. Licensed wholesalers online sale 1000 dubia for 50$ thats the route Ive been taking on top of shopping other pet stores for my worms. I figured I would give you guys another shot because you are so close to me but I guess you guys feal you are worth 50 cents a worm well to me not having a hungry beardie and leopard gecko is more important. My wife really wanted the albino leapord gecko you guys have but after dealing with this every time I come in I think I would rather spend more than double for one and buy elsewhere.

Walked in just checking it out cause Ive never been in there I asked him if they bought reptiles he said yes he offered me 30 for a snake he was selling for 100 so I said I would keep him for that price then as I was walking around I noticed that none of the reptiles had water in there bowl there were flies everywhere the fish tanks had moss all in them the place was a wreck never would I purchase a reptile from there because I know we need water and so do they but Im sure there will be people that enjoy the place but I didnt think it was fair to none of the animals and they had just opened a hr before I got there and the guy that was working there was sitting behind the desk playing on his tablet instead of watering those snakes or cleaning the fish tanks cages were awful please of u visit this place I would like to hear ur feed back I will keep checking to see if anyone has made a review

I went into the store and looked at the tanks, most were filthy and fish didnt appear to be well cared for at all. There is also a horrible smell, dont get me wrong I expected a certain degree of odor since they sell live animals but the smell was horrid. I went to the check out counter to discuss with the man behind the desk that I was looking for a canister filter system. He was looking at his computer. He didnt even look up to greet me. He pulled his long stringy hair back into a tighter ponytail and said he didnt order any in the last shipment but he would in a future shipment, meaning this fish store didnt have a single canister filter system in stock. I told him not to bother. I can order from a million places online and will do so in the future. Dont waste your time or money here. I will never step food inside this store again.

Looks to be a reef and reptile shop that has good aspirations, just never got off the ground for whatever reason. The staff seems friendly and helpful if needed. The shop needs a lot of work to be a top notch reef shop or reptile shop. That being said, you may find what you are looking for here. We only visited once and it is not where it needs to be for a commercial operation as far as we can tell. Many empty tanks, quite a few of the reptile tanks were sad to see due to the environments, yet we are told the reptiles get purchased quickly. Has potential if people get excited and want to put in the work. We will drive the extra 45 minutes plus to the Aquatic Critter for our peace of mind. Cool to look at though.

This is the only pet store i will buy from. Its always a great visit. The staff are very friendly. Thet can handle alot of business at once and dont get mad or frustrated. I come here for everything i need for my salt water tank and for my snakes. They are always patient with my husband and his 500 million question and they can answer all of them. Pretty impressed with this shop. The tanks are doing alot better. The glass is now clean all the time. I bought 2 snakes from them 2 months ago. Still healthy. I love love love this shop.

Have never had a bad piece of advice or a sick animal from them, I continuously buy my feeders from them and everything from the dubias to the rats are large healthy and well priced! Their selection is vast while still being able to accommodate all the different species and their needs, the only thing I will say is pleeeease keep water out, I know you have had some younger and new people in their the last times Ive been in, but even though the store and cages are clean their is rarely water in the bowls.

Ehh its ok Im a ciclid guy and saw several pregnant ones not quarantined. And the owner tell me my 55gallon needs 30 to 40 fish in it. That is way to many in my opinion. Im not impressed with the wood hanging over the tanks causing debris in the water. Water wasnt the clearest and they were too many in the yellow lab tank. But they did have decent looking Bettas. But the staff was decently cool people. So I give this 3 stars.

I have always had a great expierence with the staff and owner. Any question that I have they are willing to answer in detail without making you feel like an idiot. I had to return a live rat because my sons snake wouldnt eat it, they gave me store credit for one no questions asked. Weather you are looking to upgrade your equipment or start from the beginning, this is where I would send someone every time.

The customer services is good for the most part. No One is rude but some of the people just arent good people persons. There animals are healthy and they are very knowledgable about their animals. The only thing i have a problem i have is that the store NEVER opens on time. i have seen it open as late as 1 hour 30 min late. This is sad when its the owner opening it. Other then that it is a good place.

Greeted by a polite staff but also an unpleasant smell. Ok selection of reptiles and some amphibians . Salamanders and snakes mostly, some lizards. No invertebrates..a spider or two. Animals habitats were terrible. Not clean. Large amounts of feces. In desperate need of a good cleaning. Nice selection of feeders... insects and others. This place has potential. But it needs work.

Nice place selection limited but its small business so I understand that. The guy working did ask me if I need help and answered most much questions. But to busy talking to someone else the whole time I was there. I need more answers but did feel like getting in between him and his friend. 3 stars because still nice local business and I always try to support them.

The place smells bad and seems to be ran by Millennials. The Uromastyx was near death and the juvenile Savannah Monitor (who had no food in his tank) was very skinny and sickly. The tanks are not maintained adequately. The owner needs to hire more experienced workers who keep the animals in a clean, healthy environment.
