Buy I items your paying for with a gift card in a separate transaction than the rest of the items your paying for with cash/card. Reason I say this is because I went there spent $100, about half on gift cards & when I tried to return 30 of it they wouldnt give me cash. Said it had to go on a gift card because thats theyre policy. After thirty minutes of the manager telling me Id have to come back when the store manager was there to get him to approve a return of cash, she finally called the store manager at coolsping and he approved it and reminded me again that it wasnt theyre store policy.

This place is OK, but I have to jot down some things that happened during my visit today. There were no bunnies. All of the cats were asleep except for one. Loud dog barking. Feels tiny even when you walk in. Lots of bugs. And when I talk about bugs here, I would say there was a small house fly in the guinea pigs cage at the bottom half where there were no guinea pigs around. And at that moment I was about to leave, I saw a gnat on the book rack next to the exit. I hope I dont see anymore bugs. OK???

Recently took our dog there to be groomed and they left his leash on him and he chewed through it not once BUT twice. When you pay over a hundred dollars and get your leashed chewed up you might be upset not only about the leash but about the negligence of the groomers to leave him unattended for so long. This was a thick leash and he must have been back there along time with no one watching him with a leash on. Next time we will go across the street to the other grooming facility.

Its hard to review the customer service in the main part of the store because Ive never asked for help. Now the grooming dept. thats a different story. I have never had so many problems out of a place in my life. First its run by a bunch what looks like highschool girls. They dont pay attention to the job they are doing and took over 6 hours for my Yorker poo! She is 5 pounds! Never will I do business here again. I now go to my heavenly dog!

My kids painted our 2 year old German Shepherd. I took him for grooming. They got him clean. I would give 5stars for cleaning, But he was scared to death and didnt act himself for a few days after. He couldnt jump in and out of my truck. I think someone hurt him. Ive been taking him to a Petsmart since I got him. This was the first and only time at this location. Im looking for somewhere else now.

Bought 4 Bettas, two for myself, and 2 for my cousin. One died during the first night and two others were sick and soon died, even after I got them in larger (5.5 and 10 gallon) tanks. The one in the 2.5 survived but is constantly sick. Went and got 2 Bettas from petco down the way and they are happy as can be.

Horrible! The saloon is run by a bunch of high school kids who do not care about your pet. This place could screw up a bowl of Jell-O!!! I wouldnt let them give a hamster a bath!! Petsmart is a waste of retail space.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. The computer system in grooming area is always on the fritz, and they wont correct my information in the system where it was input incorrectly the first visit.
