Took my dog here yesterday to get groomed. He is a Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. I told the staff I would like his hair cut to 1 inch in length but to keep a lions mane. When I picked him up, I could tell right away that he looked awful - he did not look like a freshly groomed pup. His hair cut is extremely uneven. I cannot tell if his tail was trimmed, and they didnt even brush him. He had a lot of loose hairs from the trim, and I later found a matted spot. The checkout lady asked if I liked his cut. I said "no, not really" and expressed some of my concerns with it. She didnt say anything but just processed the payment without a tip added. I will not be going here again. Total waste of $74.

I have a husky and two little Lhasa apsos and I am nothing but impressed on not only how this facility has groomed and bathed my dogs, but also very impressed on how the staff treats them like they are their own. My two little ones are always groomed to exceed my expectations. My husky comes back home without a shed of hair on her body looking and feeling great. I always recommend Doggie Day Spa to any of my friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet that wants a top notch bath and groom for their little furry family members. Keep up the good work Doggie Day Spa no wonder why you have been voted the best of Clarksville so many times.

I used to take my miniature schnauzer to Petsmart and after them keeping him for 5 or so hours and $60 I wasnt that impressed. The Doggie Day Spa has an amazing staff, they really know what they are doing. I got the $250 unlimited grooming package and after taking him there every 2 weeks for 3 months it has already more than paid for itself. The people are very nice and know how to handle a scared dog. I love this place and will not take my dog anywhere else to be groomed now.

The groomers did an okay job grooming my dog but every time I would take her, they kept her for 4-5 hours at a time. At one point I called 3 hours after dropping my dog off and they said they had not even started. Usually when I would drop my dog off and pick her up from this place she was extremely upset and traumatized. Ive taken my dog to other places and they were much faster, and she was much happier. I would not recommend this place to others.

My dogs appointment was at 12 p.m. He is a big dog so I know it takes a little longer, but at 3:30 he was still not washed. Had to go get him at 4:40 because I had somewhere I had to be. Four hours and fourth minutes is plenty of time to have him done. He was still wet and had mats in his hair. I will spend the extra money and take him elsewhere.

I have four dogs we have taken there multiple times and it doesnt seem that they get washed when we ask for that, it seems like they just wet them. They have either cut their nails not much at all or too short to where they bleed. I dont plan on returning here. If Im gonna pay for a service, I except to get that service.

My 2 West Highlands looked fantastic, they are both so beautiful!!! Actually, the 2 have never been trimmed this great and they looked like they were going to a dog show. We also left the 2 of them there for a day at the spa, which they had so much fun. These were 2 whooped pups when they were picked up.

My dog was tied up by the neck with a lease in a cage. The groomer could not even untie the knot my dog was almost hung by the grooming staff. I never returned after witnessing this. Owner acted like that was okay and no big deal. She was embarrassed but to prideful to admit this was wrong.

Ms Myla always loves going to this Doggie Day Spa when I have to go out of town. They make her feel like her family away from family. I always get daily pictures showing me how much fun she is having! Thanks to the staff for always loving Myla the same as I do.
