Sherry is very kind, and you could tell actually enjoys her job. The other old, gray haired lady, Donna, was rude. If I were the owner of the dog she was working on, it would not have been pretty. She was jerking the dog, and was handling the dog roughly. Maybe I am just too sensitive when it comes to dogs-but I will never go back to that place again.

Donna is extremely rude. From the moment I got there i felt like she wasnt going to be able to cut my dog the way I wanted her to. And guess what I picked up a shaved dog that was not anything like I wanted. I will NEVER have her cut my dog again

Showed up 15 minutes early for appointment and was told to come closer to appointment time because groomer was on lunch, very unprofessional and did not handle our dog with much care or concern. Will not be going back.

I like this store... The employees are very helpful. They always suggest extra sales & coupons. I have not taken my "kids" to the grooming area; however, it appeared to be clean and ready that visit.
