I went into the tractor supply store after buying a toolbox six months earlier. The metal was so soft that the top lid was bending inword and wouldnt lock anymore. Dont expect to get good customer service from the store. The manager wouldnt even come up front to look at the toolbox. Tractor supply online customer service helped a little but just ended up sending me to a third-party insurance company. I finally got some help from the third-party insurance company and got a refund.
