Very unhappy with the service I receive here, I had a few questions my vet required me to ask about ash content, is it made in the USA with USA ingredients, and what foods do "hold and release" (wait for test results before shipping to stores to reduce recalls). The kid that helped me had no idea - so he asked a manager, who had no idea - who called a corp. support phone number and they had no idea. I called my Vet who told me to go to Wooflife or K9 affinity in Crown Point, IN. K9 Affinity has closed for business, but Wooflife was able to help, the girl was even able to printout documents of the different foods - they explained Kibble, canned and RAW diets and asked who my Vet was to better understand if the Vet is holistic or supports RAW diets - mine does not but I will be asking the vet some more questions about it on our next visit.

The groomer was friendly but that was the only good thing about my experience. When I picked up my dog she looked horrible. Her hair didnt look clean, the cut was incomplete--half of her face was done the other half was left long! There were pieces of hair on her ears that were an inch longer than the rest. One of her eyes was left with a mat in the corner. One and only one of her nails was clipped and it was clipped too far down. I now have to re-shampoo her, re-cut her and clip her nails myself. I paid $40 for this "grooming" and as far as I am concerned it was $40 too much.

Really clean place with lots of choices on food. The only issue is, they dont carry higher end, grain free single protein dog or cat food such as PureVita or Fromm. I was told if there was more demand for the better quality food, they would be able to carry it full time. They are very accommodating as they will special order the food I request! Quick and easy. They have more choices of higher quality pet food than PetSmart though, so thats great! Friendly staff and yummy treats for my fur babies :)

I recently stopped into PSP . I had my dogs with me and needed some on the go water bowels. Wow! I was shocked by what a great selection of product they have. My dogs had such a great time in this store, the employees stopped and played with both my dogs and were so caring and helpful it was fantastic. You could not ask for more in a pet store. I just love this place and will certainly be back again! Next time I want to use the self dog wash, that looks so awesome!

Called to see if they had any male rats and the guy just said "I dont know" so I asked if there was anybody there that could check he said "I dont know. Im the manager" wtf?! You cant tell me if you have any male rats and your the manager? Scary.
