Store is clean and employees are friendly. The groomers will hurt you dog on a simple nail trimming. Took our dog in and heard an awful yelping and crying. It was our dog who never helps or cries. Had his nails done many times and never had this experience except at Petco.

The prices are higher than other chain pet stores however they offer healthier options and a larger selection of natural products safe for dogs and cats. Ive never had an issue with service here, the staff has always been knowledgeable and very kind.

Elizabeth is very knowledgeable. She help me and my wife today, from finding the right fish filter to preventative flea treatments. She knew her stuff and was also very kind a great combination in customer service. Someone give her a raise!
