The business is now just a pet spa and quality of the care we receive for our dog has gone downhill. This is the second time in a row that her coat was not groomed properly but this time when we complained, it was somehow our fault and that we would have to pay extra for a new appointment to fix their mistake. I basically paid $71 for a poor job and no customer service/satisfaction. I would seriously consider other groomers before considering Pet Palace.

Great experience, private rooms, super nice and friendly staff. I can really tell the staff is made up of dog lovers. Would highly recommend to anyone who has to be apart from their dog bit wants to know they will cared for and liked after like their owner would. Ive used their services four times and cant think of one negative thing to say.

Our dogs ears and neck had burns from what we suspect to be use of very hot blow dryer. Couldnt even brush her around neck and ears for a couple of days due to her crying out when touched. We had a friend state they encountered same experience. Will not return.

For some reason they continue to move to different places and keep trying it! But their quality of pets are awful and they charge a mint. The facility is nice this time but the pets and service is still "D" rated!

I have boarded both of my 4 legged children with them and they exceeded my expectations. I also have them both groomed here and they have always provided outstanding services. I highly recommend them.

The staff was nice but that is the only plus...I took my dog to get groomed and she came out smelling 10 times worse than she did when she went in. The place was gross- never going back there.

My dog had a great time! He slept for practically the whole day once I picked him up. The staff was knowledge and answered any of my concerns. Anytime I go home I will definitely use them.
