I was referred to dandy deals by my aunt who works at Lowes for a cheap reliable place that I could buy a used washer and dryer. I was and have since been pleasantly surprised by the employees and the owners. So, I bought a washer dryer set, a beautiful freshly painted dining set table and chairs for around $500 (I mean lets be real here, thats a steal) from dandy deal back in the middle of January. Fantastic service, was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a couple days ago my washer wouldnt spin or drain. Hey its used, and Ive had it for about a month and a half now so I cant blame anyone for that. But I did call dandy deals after trying to reach out to many... Too many.... Appliance stores to get a person to come out and fix it. I can say, without a doubt, the absolute best experience and customer service Ive had from any one of those places was dandy deals. The owner himself, on a weekend no less, came clear out to auburn to exchange my washer without any charge. I was expecting some type of charge... You know, because of the gas and his time. Nothing. This was well worth getting and I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone!! I must also say that even if youre not needing a washer and dryer.... They have a fantastic array of things I was even surprised they would have, like the dining set, great refrigerator selections, beds, vacuums, you name it. I Will be going there again!!!

I bought a semi used twin bed for my 2yr old son, only to have him wake up after one nights sleep in his new big boy bed covered head to toe with bed bug bites..and a trip to the E.R cuz he had a bad reaction to the bites.......now Ive spent over $100 in pesticides to get rid of them when i only spent $65 to for the bed......highly disappointed and severly pissed off....cuz this is something they should know about and treat the used beds theyre selling regardless!!!!!! Probably wont deal with this business again

I bought a washing machine here a little over a year ago the same week my husband passed away...it is going on year number two and no problems...I had them deliver it and they were very kind to work with my schedule between working on my husbands funeral arrangements. Since then I have also bought a lawnmower which seems to be doing fine and have made some other small purchases...love this store.

Im reading some of these negative comments and I disagree. They were helpful and the right price for the appliances. If you go to Sears, Wal-mart or Best Buy their prices are sky high. The guy who own the place also measure my basement to let me know what type of dryer I need. Yes I will be getting my dryer for them cause no other 2nd hand store will do that.

And I just want to say thank your to the lady that owns this store for being so kind and going against your rules and making somthing work to where we where both happy.. Lots of great deals here. The lady of the place is a little quirky and they dont like returns. But, they are friendly if youre nice. You can pick up some good, clean appliances, furniture and even a few entertainment items for pretty cheap. I strongly recommend these folks over cock roach infested (and higher priced) Joyland.

very rude and offensive .. they would not remove my old refrigerator, claiming my house was too dirty (???) but they would bring my new one up (guess not too dirty for that) Plus needless to say my house is not dirty and i had moved everything that could have been in their way. i told them to forget it and leave my house
