This place doesnt even deserve one star. Their customer service is a joke. I placed an online order for store pickup and received the order ready for pickup email. When I arrived to pick up my items, I was told that they didnt have them and to come back a week later. I asked what happened to the items I ordered? Their response was " our inventory is messed up and we dont have it, come back next week". And they supposedly tried calling me to let me know. I told them I never got a call from them and they gave me some random phone number that wasnt even mine! Unbelievable!!! No apologies, nothing from them. I called their corporate office and got nowhere but upset by how rude the representative was. Just filed a BBB complaint.

As I called before going to the store the lady over the phone said one thing totally different than the gentlemen who I believe was the manager at the store. As I asked about the price adjustment he said it had to be 2-3 days after my purchase but the lady in the phone said 30 days and that is also what I read online. I decided to call a different location since I felt like the gentlemen did not want to help me. As I explain what happen the manager said they will do a price adjustment to go in the store. Even though I had to drive 30 mins to the other location in Westheimer the manager in that store was very kind and helped me I will never go to the location in Town & Country just for the lack of customer service.

Great experience!! Custom ordered a couch from a very helpful employee. Manager came and helped with the rest of the order. When we went back to cancel a part of our order, it was a super smooth/no questions asked process. Our couch was delivered a month and a half early, so we were very stoked about that!! Delivery people were so friendly and professional. Love our new couches!!!!!

Had an employee follow us around the whole time while "pretending to shop".. youre not fooling anyone, whered you think I was going to shove a blinged out umbrella? Up my ass? Nothing worst than being followed around the store as if youre going to steal something, Will stick to online shopping.

I visited this location to pickup an online order. Totally felt unwelcomed. Customer service in working with ALL people definitely needs improvement. I called to share my experience with the store manager and it was just as bad.
