I have been waiting three months for them to deliver a mirror that broke when they made my bedroom delivery. I have not made a payment yet to the finance company because I have not recieved my mirror and they will not accept payments until I have everything. I called today to see if they can deliver the mirror and told me I will have to pick it up because an attempt was made to deliver it when they called me the day they were coming to deliver it at 5 pm and I didnt get off until 8!! This company is not a good company and they are very unorganized.

I never write bad reviews, if there was an option to put less than 1 star I would. I dont even know how this place has 4 stars. Its a horrible experience I went there trying to get a living room set and they completely Inorder what I wanted and tried to give me something else. I never did get the couches I wanted. They messed my order up 3 times I got 3 different couches dilivered. And instill dont have the couches I wanted. I couldnt cancel my contract even when I didnt have the right couches. Horrible place please save your money. Rude staff

I have a couch that was falling apart first 3 months of having it, took many months for them to attempt to fix it. After 20 phone calls or more. They did send it to manufacturer and didnt fix everything good and when I asked for manufacturer to take care of it, they said Im not welcome in the store and acting like a tough guy. Dont buy anything here, save yourself the trouble. Many other furniture places WAY Better.

Only cause I had to rate a 1 star but wouldnt give it any stars at all people please if you can go somewhere else with your money please do so. I been trying to reach someone for the past 2-3 months and they dont tell you everything you need to know. Please save the headaches and dont waste your time here
