This was the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. The experience left me feeling taken advantage of and like I had been lied to repeatedly. The owner is horrible. She is a weasel and talks in circles. We were told our furniture would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. It arrived at our house 16 weeks after the order date. This business is poorly managed and the owner and her employees are unresponsive blame-shifters and are quite frankly rude! Our chairs were not as expected when ordered, and their "no refund policy" is stagnant but unenforceable. I foresee many lawsuits in the future for this business. Save yourself disappointment and stress . . . order from anywhere else.

I cannot describe how HORRIBLE!! the customer service is. It is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Our order was to arrive in 4-6 weeks however it arrived 4 months later. This was of no fault to The Red Barn, but not ONCE did they call and give me an update on where the order was. Once the order did arrive we scheduled delivery time. To no suprise delivery did not show up. Did I get a call notifying?...NO! If you want to experience the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE then I would recommend shopping here, if not Please avoid this business at all cost. Very unorganized and need some customer service training.

I am so thrilled with the experience I had shopping at The Red Barn Furniture! My husband and I were looking for the "perfect" table and chairs for our breakfast area. Janna recommended some excellent choices. I fell in love with the copper top table that she showed us! It is perfect for our home and she had "in stock" 6 great chairs to compliment the table perfectly! The table was ordered and came in very quickly - earlier than we thought! They also have great accessories for your home! I love the warm atmosphere and the family-like staff that greet you with a smile! I will shop here again!

When switching my 2 oldest kids over from twin to full size beds I couldnt find anything that was under $500 and not a futon...I went to Red Barn both times and found great, quality mattresses for great prices...mattresses that will carry them all the way until they leave for college. In fact, my husband and I are headed that way today for a new mattress for us. I love the atmosphere, and I love how much stuff they have, I could spend hours there and not see it all. Sales people are not pushy at all. I also love to support local businesses and not some huge corporate chain.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We bought a bedroom furniture set in August 2014 and was told it would take approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. Well, 16 weeks later and we still dont have our furniture. i have to call for an update, and all they say is "Its on its way..." Ive asked for a refund and they tell me they cant refund me... Im still trying to get a refund today (Dec 2014). AVOID THIS PLACE! THE OWNERS ARE RUDE AND LACK CUSTOMERY SERVICE SKILLS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE!!

We ordered a chair for my 90 yr. old mom that was delivered damaged - we refused delivery. They said the mfg. rep. couldnt give any guarantees other chairs wouldnt be the same then refused to refund the 1/2 payment down saying the chair was "special ordered" even though their excuse for late delivery was that chair was hidden behind other items in their warehouse.
