Terrible experience! My son which is about to be 4 wanted to get a chinchilla for his birthday and I was also curious is to pet one. We were wanting to buy one we asked a lady to help us and she paged for someone else to help. (Which was fine,no issue) The woman that eventually came and "helped" us after she stared at us twice while the other girl was paging her. Kellie was her name and she was more worried about placing flags for sales thru the store than to come help us! She informed us that we couldnt hold or touch the chinchilla that she would try and get it out. Ok really?! What was the point on getting it out? But I was wanting to get one and didnt care. She proceeded to "try" and get one out. Which to me looked like a cat and mouse game...I know these things are quick but she was putting no effort in trying to catch it. She then said after trying one cage which had 2 in there she tried the other cage which had 1 in it. Again she wasnt "successful" ( I say " " in a sarcastic way)so she told us that they are nocturnal animals and are ready to play and they are closing soon. So she said that I cant get them, sorry and slams the cage top and locks it and walks away!!!!! I mean again really? Come to find out she is a manager?!?!?!?! So, she was more worried about placing her tags out then a close to $600 sale! I am very upset and had to explain to my 4 year old that we couldnt get a chinchilla that we had to go somewhere else because the lady was to busy to help us and was rude and ugly to us. The one thing as me being a parent is DONT be rude to me in front of my child and husband! We will NOT be back to this store as long as Kellie is a manager or working there! I dont recommend this store at all as long as she is there!

I take my three year old dog "NASA" here for her pet supplies and grooming. The staff is excellent. I even lost my car keys and somehow managed to lock my dog in the car. They pulled video footage and after a couple hours my keys turned up after person full of kindness found them and turned them in. Yes, I called AAA and they sent a locksmith swiftly to gain access so I could my dog could get out of the car. I felt terrible about it. I am thankful Petco treated me as someone who made an honest mistake for getting his dog locked in the car.

AWFUL. Zero customer service. An hour of looking and waving for help and being ignored. A HOUR of trying to get answers. We started googling the products for information. Then, on our way out, they thanked us for coming. Felt like an insult after the experience we just had. Drove down the road to PetsMart and had service within 10 minutes of walking into the fish dept.

I got my dog groomed today. Even though there was only 1 groomer working, she still managed to get her in and out in a timely fashion. I recommend the spa treatment. Manager was great as well. Thanks petco

The grooming team here is really great! They can get your pet in and out quickly. My pug enjoys going and always looks nice afterwards. Definitely recommend for pet grooming and nail cuts.

I love this place! It is 100 times better than pet supermarket or pets mart. It is clean, they have a wide range of products, and the staff is kind and helpful! I am so glad it opened.

First time here. I take my dog to a different Petco but the had no grooming appointments until a week out. This Petco got us in on the same day. Great service and friendly staff.

They have so many ferrets and other small critters. They have several precious cats up for adoption and they have a phenomenal selection of dog and cat food.

Good place with healthy and good quality selections of pet food. Dog food is expensive in general. Ask for their coupon book for good savings.
