Horrible! Horrible! Horrible Customer Service. I went into the Hubbard store and was looking at mattresses. Before I knew it I agreed on one, not really the one I wanted, but he talked me into it. My fault on that one. I put $100 down and was going to pay the rest when the bed was delivered the next day. I then left, I stopped by another store just to see how their prices were and I found the bed I really wanted for the same price. I then went back to Jrs and explained I found the bed I wanted and would like to get my $100 back. Now at the time I had only been gone for 1 hour, they were very pleasant but pushy the first time I was there, but now became rude and uncooperative. Told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for the money to be put back on my card. To say the least I was furious!!! $100 may not be a lot to some but for me it is a lot of much needed money. I asked for it in writing and they again were very rude and then wrote it would be 5 to 10 business days. I left angry of course but decided I would wait up to 10 days before writing a bad review just to see how it was handled. Here we are at day 14 and I get a call from the Gresham store wanting my address to mail me a check!!! WTF!!!! IF I WERE YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE STORES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PUSHY SALESMEN!!!

i ordered a bed, bed arrived wrong color and damaged, they took it back and 2 weeks later they came with damaged furniture again, its been 3 months now and i still dont have a bed for my dauhhter, asked them to give my money back and the asian looking guy in charge of that said they dont refund money to anybody... thats where we are... i will never buy from jr furniture again

Unable to deliver the beds that I ordered. Every Time I would call they would tell me 3 more weeks. I waited 2 months and still no beds. I cancelled the order and asked for my deposit back. I went to another furniture store and found better bunk beds for the same money.

Robin was AMAZING!! She helped us buy my mother a coffee table for christmas a year ago. When we came back she remembered us and helped us again. I love the no pressure feel of the place. This is why we will continue to buy our furniture at JRs.

Walk around the store. Walked around the entire store. Did another lap. Looked around. Did another lap. Sales people at back counter, talking and laughing. No-one ever came out to help me, I walked out. Not going back.

Great store, customer service, and delivery. My only regreat is that I never found this store years ago.....maybe because I had always lived on the East Side of Portland. Anyway, great place to shop. Prices are doable.

Purchased a new couch and love seat about 9 months ago from here. Couldnt be more pleased with the service and the furniture. The manager made me a great deal on a floor model! Would recommend this store to anyone!

Great service. Very nice assembly/delivery team. I didnt realize it would be built from scratch upon ordering, so it took longer than I expected to get them, but they are awesome couches!
