I purchased total 8 items and spent almost $1500 for a office desk, chair, 5 drawers chest, 6 drawers dresser, mirror for dresser, chair and carpet. The sale person Andrew and District Manager Gary were great at the time of my purchasing. They were able to offer me some good discount. However, their delivery is the worst that I have ever seen. The customer service at the Oakdale warehouse were unprofessional. They lied about their promised of delivery dates over 3 times. I told them I had witnesses that heard their promise of date and time of delivery and I called in sick lost a day of work waiting and they did not show up. When I called they said "we did not have you down for delivery" Then, on the day of delivery, they dropped the chest while opened the box. one of the right side leg broke. They had the nerve to carry it up the stair and asked me if I wanted them to glue it back. Then, as they laid the chest down on the floor, one of the drawer felt off my hardwood floor and cracked. They asked me what should they do? I said "to take back of course!" Then, I had to instruct them to install the handles into the drawer. Then, they had to fix my file cabinet bc the drawer was loose and about to fall apart. Then, the rolling wheels were not roll smoothly. I told them to fix, but they refused. Then, after 4 days of over 10 phone calls to set up another delivery for the rest of my items, the second time delivery was much better. The delivery persons for the second time was much more professional and had it done quickly. However, my 5 drawers chest missed one handle knob. Then, after they left, I found a crack on one of the drawer. Boy, If I knew how much time I had waisted in this company for simple 3 sets of furnitures, I would have never spent money at the store. I called the sale person back to complain and he offered me an in store $50 credit for non sales item and promised to talk to his customer service lady to fix my problem. Well, let just say, that $50 credit is not worth my 1 week in hell of trying to set up a delivery. Not to say the first day of delivery, I had to wait from 1:45 pm to almost 6:45 pm for the delivery. Those delivery men were stinky like homeless. It was unbearable. I would look at Yelp review next time before I visit anymore store. I should have trust Yelp for their previous review about horrible delivery service.

I spent over 2000 in the store buying a mattress set, bed frame, bookshelf, mattress cover, and some pillows. I left with the pillows and mattress cover, and went back to pick up the bookshelf. The day the mattress set and bedframe was getting deliver the driver tells me that the slabs for the bed frame wasnt here and what did I want to do. So ai contacted the store and they tried to twll I didnt need it. The driver said if I didnt have it my mattress would fall thru. What the warehouse didnt tell the driver was that in order for them to bring the slabs back that I would have take everything but cant sleep on my bed that night. But the driver was willing to take everything back and redeliver everything at the same time tomorrow. After he leaves the warehouse calls me and says since I refused the order it will take them 48 - 72 hours for a redeliver! Are you serious? So now I want my money. They said I have to wait for the stuff to get returned to the warehouse. So I went yesterday to try and either still get my stuff redelivered or my money back. So the warehouse said I would have to wait 48 - 72 hours for my refund! What!? Michelle the Sales Manager was really helpful she did her best to help and got to the bottom of everything and fou d out that my bedframe was damaged on route to other delivers. So the warehouse had to reorder the bed again to have it delivered and there was no way that I would be getting my bed this week. So Michelle approved my refund and now Im getting my bed from somewhere else.

The actual store staff were very helpful with picking out a bed however the warehouse located in Oakland,ca which is where my bed had to be delivered from was very careless and neglectful with making sure all pieces for my bed set were there they had to make 3 separate deliveries because tools were missing to put my adjustable base board together then the 2nd delivery screws were missing to put my headboard together!! Very Inconvenient and stressful after spending over $4000 on one bed set 2weeks later I still cant enjoy the full set up of my bed it makes me just want to get my money back and go spend it else where this is horrible I have to wait around in the house all day for the 3rd time for something that should have all came at once Im pissed

I walked in today and was lucky to meet David Tuong and Kevin Asher. David approached me as I started to look around and asked if I needed any help. Of course! I showed him some pictures of items I was looking for and he walked me all over the store showing me all of my options. David was very patient and knowledgeable and I ended up buying more than expected but that was fun! I met Kevin Ashner as he was walking by. He asked me if David was taking care of me and I said yes. He was very friendly and we got along well. It made my experience that much easier having guys that care take care of my needs. Thank you David Tuong and Kevin Ashner!! Ill be back soon for decorations!!

Many of the products werent billed as advertised... to get the advertised price requires long-term payment schemes and product bundling with $100 lamps or potpourri. Also, the manager was pushy and sleazy - if they werent a chain, I wouldve left immediately thinking I was getting swindled... Seeing as they have now called three times to delay delivery and have demanded I come back to the store to pick up some merchandise, after paying $165 in delivery charges, maybe that is actually what happened. I strongly recommend others to find alternative furniture stores. Buyer beware!

This store is amazing! my wife and I had visited other furniture stores and no other store gave us the service JUAN did. He was not the average-pushy sales associate. He really had a lot of patience. We change our mind several times and he was able to stay with us and respond to all our questions. This guy is really amazing! definitely look for him when visiting this location. Over all our experience was awesome, people are very nice, we got to meet the manager which was very knowledgeable and nice. definitely will recommend this store.

I wish there was a negative star option. Communication is garbage, they lie to the customer about delivery and when it will happen, they try to BS themselves out of fault, (caught their associates in at least 5 lies, even one of the managers from this location), delivery never came on scheduled day, had to cancel my order. Hope its just this store or area cause if this goes on in all locations? This business is in trouble. Such a negative and highly stressful experience. This is an honest review. Not exaggerating even a little.
