The customer service at Valley Furniture was outstanding, especially Lee Ann! She was patient and took a awful lot of time with my daughter, son-in-law, my husband and myself in helping to select the right size and colors and fabrics, as well as the quality! We ordered several chairs and sofas and were very pleased with everything! My chair was delayed due to fabric shortage and she offered to refund my money, but I decided to wait and I was thankful I did! Delays are usually due to manufacturers issues, not the furniture store! I recommend this store highly as they have high quality furniture and a large selection to choose from, along with fair prices! I have gone back and purchased more items, and will continue to do business with them in the future, as I have over the past years!

This business is fantastic. I made numerous trips to look for a new sofa.The selection was so good I couldnt make up my mind. No pressure. Very helpful sales staff. Lee Ann is very knowledgeable and nice. I finally found a sofa that I liked. The delivery was attempted about an hour and a half later. It wouldnt fit through my door. I called and the first thing they said was "we will give you a refund ".I said that I didnt want a refund. I picked out another sofa that will fit through my door and paid the difference. Again...very helpful,low pressure and honest. I highly recommend this business

I was looking for a small couch for my room and had been to three other furniture places before going to Valley furniture. The sales rep helped me look around for about 45 minutes till we found the perfect couch I was looking for! He was awesome for helping me stay within budget and flexible with pricing as well as getting me day of shipping and they also took my old couch for me for only $20 which was very helpful! Overall great experience!
