I bought a custom order on 2/11/15. And it is still not delivered. I was called by Landon telling me my order was being built around the end of February. I decided to call and find out the status of my couch the beginning of April and Landon could not give me an answer besides he will find out and give me a call back. he never called me back. A week later I walked into la z boy and talked to another sales rep and he couldnt tell me what was going on with my couch. So he called over the manager and he was trying to find out with no luck. His name was Don or Rone I asked him for the district number and he did not give it to me. Instead he gave me a speech about how it’s not his fault but it’s the manufacture whos not communicating with them. And again he told me he would call me when he found out what was the hold up. On the computer there were no flags or any reason there should be a delay. The store was not very helpful nor did anyone call me back. It’s now 5/9/15. I am very upset about this because I really liked what I bought and now I dont even want it because of the bad service. I am a very calm and dedicated person I gave them no cause to treat me like Im trash.

I custom ordered a sleeper sofa on January 1st 2010 and was promised it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. It took over 7 months! The store manager was rude, he lied on more than one occasion and even hung up on me when I called to check on the delivery date. The entire experience was so bad that I will never do business with this company again. I recommend you go elsewhere to buy furniture too.

Excellent furniture buying experience! They are so helpful when it comes to measuring and making sure it will fit in the house. Beautiful color choices too. Best of all is the manager he works hard on pricing and making the experience wonderful!
