As Redwood Terrace began forcing prices to go up even though the jobs out here are not paying more, we lost our apartment. We were desperate to find somebody to help us get some of our furniture out of here since we really had no means of getting it out ourselves. We reached out on Canby now and were told that we should reach out to Northwest furniture. They were so kind trying to help us figure a way to do this that they reached out to a company for us, love Inc. Two really nice gentleman helped us carry some stuff down and took it away so they could provide it to somebody else that needed it. Not only was this not in their job description but they were really kind about doing it as well, I highly recommend spending your money here instead of somewhere else, it will help the community at some point. Krissy and I both thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The story doesnt end there however, we also found out that we still didnt have enough room to bring some of our most prized possessions with us and we had to rent a U-Haul, again Northwest furniture stepped in and helped us with this and I feel like we got a really good price as well as great service. I hope that this review has changed your mind if youve had a bad experience although I cant imagine that you would have.

I had an awesome experience with this furnature store. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and even stayed past closing to help me out and give me time to decide. I found the perfect couch and was approved there for a loan. It was all very easy and efficient. They even took away my old sectional and brought in my new one free of charge. Ive had my new sectional for about a month now and I can say for certain that I am still really happy with it. My family and friends are impressed with the quality and I am happy to point them in this stores direction. I will defiantly come back again if I need any other furnature :)

I have to say Northwest Furniture Outlet has lived up to and beyond everything I had heard about them! My brother was in desperate need of a new bed but since hes on disability money is very tight & we werent sure what he could afford. He looked at bed after bed until he found the right that one with the help of Jesana & Michael. Michael went above and beyond to make sure my brother could get this bed and to say how grateful we are does not begin to cover it. Great selection of furniture, fantastic prices, & Amazing customer service! Thank you for everything you did to help my brother out!

We had a great experience here. Michael Lopez is the man!! He was patient with us while we couldnt decide between two different sectionals and sat on each one about 4 times. He factored in our lifestyle with what would work best for us, and even drew a layout of our current living room to make sure we took the right piece home! He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Patient, courteous, and friendly. We felt right at home and were treated like family.

After a fall I havent been able to sit in any of our furniture (including the bed). My wife has been looking for a chair that is not only comfortable to sit in for longer than three minutes, but also would go well with our current furniture. Oh, and the price is an important factor too! She found a trifecta, plus TWO! We received a big discount on the marked down price and also same-day free delivery! Definitely FIVE STAR service.

I had shopped MOR and JR Furniture, then went into Northwest Furniture. Their selection was bigger, a lot of the stuff was better quality. They had some of the same stuff that JR had, but much lower prices! I worked with Mike, and will definitely go back when I need other furniture! Go check them out!
