My Husband and I purchased a sectional and had two armless chairs custom covered , we also purchased a down sofa for our TV room, as time slowly goes by we have had issues with every piece of Stanton Furniture we purchased, one of the armless chairs has since day one had a front leg shorter then the rest and the other had a spring in the seat break , these chairs are actually sat in maybe 3 times a year and we have had them for aprox 2 years, the sectional sofa has fraying on the under slip so looking across my room you see what looks like hairs hanging to to floor which I have to trim quite often , also the fabrics has faded from a light grey to a sort of pink on the back cushions , better yet since the holidays are approaching I needed to remove the covers on the back pillows and seat cushions so I could take them for dry cleaning and wow was I surprised to discover a filling that looked like instillation !!! Not in a cotton cover of any sort but just shoved into each pillow pouch , and the seat cushions are a thin cheesy foam with some weird white rough to touch stuff glued on to the foam , there were chunks of of foam which fell to the floor looking as if they had Been sliced during manufacturing and just shoved into the cover along with everything else, I have purchased several Sofas in my lifetime and have never seen anything like this ,when I purchased my Stanton Sofas I was aware they were not top of the line , but was assured they certainly were not the bottom or even close , my plans were to give them to my children when I was ready to upgrade my living-room .but sad to say they will go to the trash instead , I have never seen such junk in all my life and would make the recommendation to run do not buy Stanton furniture unless you are looking for throw away pieces and wasting your money .from our Down Sofa which look like we purchased it at goodwill to the custom covered chairs on a scale from 1 to 10 Id give Stanton Furniture a minus 7. Junk, junk, junk !!!!! And the worst part is you can not contact anyone in there Corp offices to complain. Susanne Thomas Washington State

very disappointed! I paid 1600 for a couch and love seat with " bonded leather" Was told it was very durable and would wear as good as leather. We went with a local furniture maker STANTON because I was told that there warranty was the best and they would take care of any problems! this is not the case. The couch which is used the most started cracking and peeling in all the areas that had any type of fold or bend and when I had them come to fix it I was told that it was due to my pets. This is absolutely not true. there is about 2 scratches from my pet but the cracks are in the folds of the arms and seats areas the animal does not touch. The repair man they sent out said it was a faulty product and all the manufactures that were using it like lazy boy and such were having trouble with the " Bonded leather" It did not wear as promised. Stanton says that the fabric has a 1 year warranty and it took just over a year for the cracks to show up. I could not be more disappointed. both companys let me down I expected for the money I would have this set for many years but not the case it is disposal and will never buy from JR or Stanton ever again. Either you back your product or you dont! and you have proven you DO NOT AND DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS!

Total con artists! They give incorrect staining advice, most of their furniture is particle board with a super thin sheet of wood on top, and they claim everything is made in the USA When it is all made in china! The guy who owns the place Well try to sell you his bad pictures and the woman will treat you like dirt if you dont drive a bmw! OH and Check your receipt with Your visa receipt They over charge your card And tell you it is your mistake and they are keeping your money! No wonder this guy has no employees! I wonder how many times he has been to court.

If you think that you bought a sofa from here you have the wrong place. They sell wood furniture and I cant think of anything in the store that even has fabric on it. Over the years I have bought 2 dressers, 1 bookcase, 1 toy box and a bed frame with drawers from here each piece has been great. It has been the best place to find quality all wood furniture that I have found. Most items need to be ordered so expect some delay between purchase and delivery. They sell a lot of unfinished furniture also so you can stain your own furniture if you want.

Im so happy with the parawood table we bought at Stantons. They gave us great advice on staining and protecting and now I have a table that looks like a spent a lot of money. Ill shop there again for sure!
