The worst customer service provided from Will the manager! We were told we could use our La Z Boy credit at time of delivery by the sales staff and office staff confirmed before delivery. When the furniture arrived and we were ready to pay we were told we had to go to the store (over an hour away) to pay using their own credit. That meant we had to pay by another means at delivery now. We were not ready for that. He said he wins 100% of these cases, what cases are those...screw over your customer cases? He must have many of them to make that comment! After going back and forth with the manager who said this call is done and hung up on us, the furniture we were so excited about, we had waited almost 8 weeks for, was back on the truck per his decision!

Nice furniture, beautiful fabrics and lovely arrangements. However, I thought the salesman had an attitude of superiority and gave the impression that he was doing us a big favor. I wanted to walk out but my father bought a chair he needed.
