In Nov 2008 I purchased a Stanton sofa. Within a few months youd sink several inches into the cushions. I only weigh 135lbs. We contacted Cesar a manager and were informed there would be an $80 charge for them to pickup and deliver the sofa to Stanton for repair. When Gallery returned the sofa it was in the same exact condition. After a long debate with Cesar he agreed to send it back. When it was redelivered about 50% of the problem had been resolved. Again within a few months we are back to where we started! I have decided to contact Gallery again in an effort to get this resolved as the sofa is still under warranty. If you purchase any living room furniture I highly advise against a Stanton product. While inexpensive the quality is very poor and to my knowledge Stanton is a primary supplier of Gallery. Its sad because Stanton makes their furniture in Oregon. If Gallery and/or Stanton are unwilling to replace the piece or provide a credit I will be filling a small claim suit against both organizations. Hopefully it wont come to that because Cesar and the owner were very pleasant, they just arent willing to stand behind the products they sell and force the supplier to make it right. I also purchase the stain protection and am unable to remove an ink spot on the arm of my cream sofa. Just one more battle to fight.

The sales associate I worked with was Cesar. He was helpful in beating a price I found but not much help after that. I placed an order with him on Monday and was told it would arrive the following week on Thursday or Friday. He called me the following week on Tuesday to ask me what color I wanted. He then called me Wednesday saying it would actually be 4-6 weeks until I received my order as it was out of stock at the manufacturing facility. I asked him why I was being told this the day before it was supposed to arrive to which he didnt really have an answer except to say the manufacturer was slow in getting back to him. Unfortunately, I initially placed my order with the manufacturer and they called me one hour after my order was placed to tell me it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver it. I cancelled my order with them and went through Gallery when I was told it would take less than 2 weeks to get it from them. So, I really dont believe the order was even placed until the following week. I did not receive an apology or a followup. I cancelled my order and ordered the same couch from another store. I dont mind waiting for couches but I do mind poor customer service, especially from people who work on commission.

Quality place with quality people, in particular Cesar, an incredibly courteous and helpful sales manager. We received an incredible amount of patience and willingness to help us find exactly what we were looking for here. There was no pressure to buy anything at all which was very nice. The delivery estimation was initially 2 weeks but ended up coming an entire week early. So brand new furniture in a weeks time delivered to our door (after works hours), and setup immediately in our living room. What more can you ask for? Love the furniture. Thank you Cesar!

We bought a great piece of furniture here. Its been over a year when we had a problem with our electric loveseat. Called Mike from this location he helped saved us a trip and a repair. Great customer service above and beyond. We will recommend him to anyone looking for furniture and our future purchases.

Great Customer Service, Best Prices we could find, Cesar made sure we got what we needed, everything we got, was of excellent qualiy and in many cases the same model/brand we saw in other places but at a much better price.

Cesar was very helpful. They had far more selection then the box stores. We were able to find what we were looking for, with a huge supply of fabrics to pick from. We even came under our estimated budget which was a bonus.
