Upon entering the facility our ESA in training had an accident on the floor (being as it is 90° outside, she didnt want to go, but we managed to have her use the bathroom before going anywhere, 5 minutes prior). My wife promptly apologized and cleaned up the mess. She had the accident in a bag and was heading toward the garbage can when a member of the staff approached her and said, "clean up after your f*****g dog, AND take it outside" with complete disregard that she is an emotional support dog. The woman we had encountered didnt take a second to ask if we needed assistance or to confirm our dog is in fact an ESA, sending my wife into an anxiety attack. My wife took her dog out to the car and I went back in the talk to the manager about how her staff treated a customer, and all the manger had to say was "Im sorry". These words do not excuse the way we were treated nor the fact that our dog IS allowed in stores along with the fact its even hotter to be left in cars. We are very disappointed with the staff of the Olympia location and will not be found shopping there again.

I went to the target in Lacey looking for the maestros classic beard butter and beard wash. I was only able to get the butter so I asked an employee if any other Target stores had the wash in stock and he told me that the Olympia Target had it, after I purchased the beard butter I called the customer service desk in Olympia just to be safe and I spoke to a woman who seemed to be very busy talking about nothing to someone in the and she gave me a mild answer then proceeded to tell me there was none in stock. I went to the Olympia Target right after I spoke to her just to be sure I wasnt being mislead and come to find out i found every thing she told me target didnt have...I love target dearly but whats the point to lie to a customer?

Theres a variety of items here. I cant find sufficient (non office) work attire for women. I had to get XL in young boys, or XS in mens. I do enjoy the toy selection here, its very well organized and easy to find what Im looking for. I love the selection of scarfs, hats, cards, and holiday items. The fresh made popcorn and deli when you walk in the store is awesome, especially when shopping with toddlers.

Walked around the store looking for an employee to ask a simple question. Spent about 5 minutes doing this, Finally found one, and asked her if they sold burgers. Her exact reply was "Sorry Im not on the clock," and she walked away. You could at least answer my question! You were still in uniform! You could have directed me to another employee on the clock. Extra: they dont sell burgers.

I stopped to use the pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription to be filled and walked around while I waited. The floor staff seemed to be kind of slim but those I did see were nice and seemed helpful. The pharmacy said they would text when my script was ready and they failed to do that. When I went back to check it was ready so they just didnt follow through.

Prices are great, but this particular stores employees treat older people like they are invisible. Seriously, I was behind a lady who had two cart loads of stuff and before she was checked out I was ignored twice while others behind me were pulled off to newly opening registers. It was as if I didnt even exist. Terrible treatment.

I wasnt really too impressed with this target other targets have always been a pleasant enough experience but the prices seem somehow to be higher here and the person who rang me up was a very rude and impatient when I was trying to grab my credit card and there wasnt even another customer waiting in line behind me

These people sell garbage. Anything they sell that has been manufactured will break on you. Not might, definitely will. If you return something that is broken, do not exchange it. Because when the next one breaks they wont do anything because youve already returned one that year. Buyer beware.

Convenient store to complete some one stop shopping, however, typically is overpriced. Great clearance items at times though and staff have typically been very kind and helpful.

Prices are fair on every day items and I suggest toiletries from here. Furniture is a bit expensive and made on the cheap side. Towels and linens are mid-grade but hold up.
