I had to give a star to write the review when they arent even deserving of one star, but they are MOR hassle than needed. We are still waiting on a credit that is due to us after being sold cheap furniture that came smashed and being forced into an upgrade versus a complete refund on our purchase. We have been getting the run around for over a month now by Jason who thinks it is funny to have a senior citizen jump through hoops as a customer because he is too egotistical to actually press issue on his computer and get the credit going he would rather give poor customer service as someone whom claims he has been in the customer service profession for years now. We finally got our furniture after several rounds of returns due to poor quality, its amazing what the pieces in the store look like compared to what is actually delivered and after being threatened by Jason that he was done dealing with us and going to cancel our order after waiting for 2 weeks for its delivery he is now punishing us for their mistakes further by not only keeping the credit from going through but making us call back and leading us into the weekend when banks are closed. I would think as a salesperson and depending on commission of sale that they would want to keep customers coming back not deterring them away by their lack of empathy towards the customer getting screwed over and by their csr hand. Not happy with Mor and will never buy from them again. Shame on your company for making what was already a stressful time of having to shop and wait on new furniture but now you are blatantly stealing from your customers because the sale might not have been up to par.

First things first, DALTON was the wonderful MOR associate that actually helped us with our transaction. He was informative, quick to answer questions, kind, and professional. Everything about this purchase after we left the store has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MOR AGAIN. They have called to reschedule the delivery of our sectional SEVEN TIMES!! (And counting!!!) We have now been in our new home for TWO MONTHS and have been waiting for this to arrive for TWO MONTHS (obviously we knew it wouldnt be immediate, but 7 rescheduled delivery dates!?!) Might I also add that one of the times they have reschedule it was for the very next day..... so youre telling me that youll have it tomorrow but not today? Do not call me until you are 100% ready to deliver... seems pretty simple, right? The "customer service" representative that calls to set up the delivery time has told us several times that they are only waiting on one piece of the sectional from the vendor before they can deliver it, turns out they only actually have ONE piece of the sectional. Absolutely NO empathy whatsoever either, which is a must in customer service especially if you are giving bad news. I understand that MOR may have different "manufactures/vendors" but if this is the kind of service that comes with it, WHY BOTHER WORKING WITH THEM!? My husband and I are so frustrated with the way things have gone, and its really a shame because the associates at this store are very nice but not worth the BS that has come along with it. Never. Going. Back. Ever.

Roxanne was extremely nice and helpful when it came to a first time buy. I need a new bed set and she did that for me! I made an appointment for delivery two days later and was told the window time would be 10am-2pm which worked perfect as I had work later that day. The next day I get a text confirming a 12-4 pm delivery widow, that was okay so I confirmed. Also received a call confirming the 12-4 pm window. About 3 hours later I revive another call changing the delivery time to 2-6 pm to which I let the lady know, no I had work that would not work. She gets the situation fixed and says it will still be a 12-4pm window with a 2:50pm eta. Perfect! The day of delivery rolls around (today) and I hear nothing from anyone and its now 3:30 pm so I give a call to customer service 4 times with no help!! So I cancel my delivery and ask to them cancel my order I decided not to mid call with an agent so I end the call. Around 8:30 pm Ashley from the showroom calls and he is WONDERFUL and gets me a spot on the delivery truck tomorrow! He is the one who saved me or else tomorrow I was planning on cancelling my order and going to another store! The employees in the Lacey showroom are amazing, the call center, and delivery drivers are AWFUL!

Sales guys are nice and great BUT delivery guys, "customer service", etc were AWFUL!!!! I will never ever buy from Mor again after all the issues! Just dont do it the great deals you get are seriously not worth the stress! We spent $8,000 there and I regret every penny because of how awful we were treated after we purchased everything! I was with my boss at work trying to talk to them and mind you I am a marketing manager so I know how customers should be treated... anyway it got to the point my boss could hear them calling me names etc all because I asked when they would be at my house since they did 2 no shows! My boss was so upset for us that she will also be telling everyone she knows to never buy from Mor! Very sad that they treat people the way they do its almost like they know youve paid and want your items so they think they can treat you anyway they want! Its sad very sad! Also if you want to talk to the store you have to talk to customer service and get transferred to the store apparently the store doesnt have a direct number.... bottom line dont waste your money with them its really not worth it at all... even if I paid $1.00 instead of the $8,000 we paid Id still regret that $1.00 thats how bad it is yall!

We purchased a sectional and were hesitant to do so because it was not available for almost two weeks and we were ready for a new one. After leaving and retuning the saleswoman really pushed for it saying with delivery and set up it would be here in two weeks. My husband was opposed to the purchase and wanted to go somewhere we could walk home with a sectional. I believed her and it was assured to us by the two week date. She even said there was a "good possibility" it could come sooner but to plan on the set date just in case. The date arrived and no one called and the sofa never came. We wound up calling and they said they are waiting on a piece and it will be at least another week. No one called to inform us of this and then the woman hung up. We called back and they hung up again. This is not the way people want to be treated while waiting on a few thousand dollar sectional! I was appalled at their response to their mistake. Find another store where they value customer service and are honest about products not trying to push a sale.

This is my review of the store and people. We walked in and it has a beautifully open layout...not overwhelming and the salesmen were in the back which i liked so im not bumbarded when i walk in. Anyway got greeted by Dwayne and he is absolutely a joy! He let us talk and say what we were looking at and we showed him and he was honest avout the pros and cons to each piece we liked. He knew we had animals and kids at home and was able to help us find pieces that would work not only with the space we have but with our lifestyle and animals. We will definitely be back to work with him again! ***i just got furniture delivered and Danny and his partner were so nice....quick and efficient! They asked where exactly i wanted it and set it up. Even had me triple check there work. Great guys.***
