If you want good service from a grooming department go somewhere else! Grooming department was terrible. Called ahead to get a same day appointment for my dog which they were more than happy to make, this was the end of our happy day. We loaded up our dog and kids for the just over an hour drive. About 10 minutes prior to the appointment time we realized we were going to be about 5 minutes late so we called and let them know. When we arrive the groomer was just putting the finishing touches on the dog before our appointment so we figured it was ok, only to be told that we were 3 minutes too late and that they would not take our dog. It was 1:15 on a Monday nowhere near closing time and we werent on a time crunch so we were willing to wait. The groomer was extremely rude and refused to budge over 3 minutes. So we drove over an hour each way for absolutely nothing. We will not be returning to this salon. Thank You Pets Mart Grooming for wasting my time.

Not Impressed with the prices or Customer Service - I have a Border Collie who is 65#, she did have a little matting her hip/thigh area. I called and got a quote for $60 so I made the appointment. After they had groomed her - which they did a good job of - I went to the check outs to pay. It was $102.00. It was busy and my dog really wanted out of there so I paid the bill and thought I would call later. When I look at the receipt when I got home it said my dog was a malimute, which she is not. I called to complain and had to wait for the manager to call me back, which was fine. She told me that my dog is way over 65# and I should weigh her because I am wrong. she has a "malimute type coat" so that is why they charged so much. I have had her groomed other places and the highest was $70. Outrageous pricing and poor customer service.

I asked if all of the aquatic plants they carry were true aquatics, the employee on staff there assured me that they were. I saw a Japanese Mondo grass, and was surprised; they are not true aquatics. I pointed this out, and the employee became defensive and rude. It is common aquatic knowledge for people actually in the hobby, that it can survive up to 6 months or so underwater, but it cannot live like that forever. I even was nice and said that in my experience, mondo grass will not do well over the long term because it needs to be exposed. I will never go back if Im going to get my intelligence and experience in the hobby insulted?

Do not go here for grooming. I brought my dog there as a loyal customer for 7 years. Then, one night out of the blue, they said I have missed too many appointments and could not come back. I had never missed one without calling and rescheduling!! They just groomed my dog a couple months prior. The staff were incredibly rude to me on the phone after I told them I had never missed an appointment. I was told I was not allowed to book an appointment. Wow, way to show your loyalty Petsmart! We have purchased everything for our dogs there for years, but will never step foot in there again. Go somewhere else for better service.

So I bought a Red Eared Slider (turtle) from this store and it would wheeze when it would come up for air. I had no idea this wasnt normal being as this was my 2nd turtle. It died 5 months later. I purchased an African Sideneck turtle from them a week ago and it has all the symptoms of the same issue as the last (respiratory illness). Now my painted turtle is sick because of them! They do not treat their reptiles well-I cant say how they treat anything else-and are sick and dying when you purchase them. This is not okay coming from a pet store.

The lady was very nice and helpful with getting my fish for me and informed me one may be pregnant. That was the best part of it the issue came at the check out the cashier was rude and nasty the lady ahead of me had issues with him as well All over misreading something I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers. I love to shop here but not sure sure after tonight I never felt so upset before

I adopted a puppy a couple months ago, and had no idea where to even begin! The staff at PetSmart was very friendly, and helped me find everything I needed. I ended up signing up for pet training classes, and I could not be happier with the results. I never knew dogs could learn so many new things all with positive reinforcement. I am so excited to sign up for the next level, and i know my dog is too!

I would not recommend petsmart for grooming at all. I came in and the groomer was extremely rude. The prices are deceiving, online it said my service would be $27 dollars, I came in and she told me my service would be $40 more and was not willing to work with me or explain the pricing. I will definitely not be going back for any service. I would not want my puppy in the hands of these people.

Its a little high priced but worth shopping at for its great selection. The store is clean staff is friendly and the pets for sale look healthy well taken care of. Would reccomend store to others who have pets and dont mind spending a little extra on them. Am impressed with the pet charities they support and always donate while Im checking out there.

I got a puppy awhile ago and got recommend to go to petsmart so I took him there for a puppy cut and the people in there were so friendly and calmed my puppy down when he got nervous the only thing I didnt like was the price and I get my dog and cat food from there they also helped me train my little pup a little bit which was nice too

They are reasonably priced but not happy with my service. They cut most of my dogs nails to the point of bleeding and most of his nails were cracked and really rough and sharp. He is usually a bit of a baby but he was much more unhappy than usual after getting his nails done and he is sitting next to me whining because his nails hurt.

I found this service to be absolutely exceptional. The Fargo grooming salon exceded my expectations by far! Not only did my dog have a great experience, he came home looking cuter than ever. The young woman with the bandanas in her hair had such a positive impact on my dog and I, we wont go anywhere else. Dont forget to ask for a bow!

Highly impressed with the grooming department at this particular Petsmart. I was assisted by a young man by the name of Josh who answered all my questions about the grooming methods and techniques for my golden doodle in a polite and cheerful manner! 5 out of 5! excellent service i recommend Josh to all my friends, give him a try!

We just adopted a great dane puppy, and had done some research online about the breed. However when I got there I found myself at a loss for what to get him. The lady helping me was so helpful and knowledgeable, and eager to save me money. Over all a very good experience for me and our fur baby. We will be going there more often.
