My family and I adopted a guinea pig from Petco over nine years ago. I could tell that they were very attached to him, but they were glad to see him go to us. They were very helpful and informed us on everything we needed to know to keep our little guy happy. Nobody else wanted to adopt him because he was full grown and everybody prefers the cute little babies. That guinea pig grew even more after we adopted him and I went back to the store many times to buy toys and treats for him. He lived to be about seven years old, which is impressive for a guinea pig. Had he been a typical pet store pig bred through unsafe practices, he would have maybe lived four years at most. This just shows that they really do care about the animals they adopt out. Overall, Petco has been a wonderful experience for us. We regularly get our dogs nails trimmed and vaccinated there, too!

Staff were complete air heads. Ive owned fish my entire life and they treated me like I was completely ignorant and took twenty minutes for them just to get me the fish since they acted like I was incapable of taking care of them and kept telling me the fish would die. The fish are living still and healthy as ever. The experience was very insulting. Dont even waste your time with this place.

Really old and outdated Petco. The building looks like it was built 20 years ago and the interior probably hasnt changed since then either. The staff is really nice and dedicated to pet care, but its really small and has a limited selection of items.

The store is somewhat small. Like most pet stores, items are a little over priced. They do have a great selection though. I wasnt greeted when I walked in, but was offered help while shopping. The cashier was friendly while checking out.

A Private User

The used to have a ton of animals in this Petco. They dont display them as much anymore. This was my main draw, especially when I have my kids with me. Their prices are ok, but the store has become stuffy over time.

When I went up to the checkout counter half of my items (some aquatic plants and feeder insects) were priced incorrectly. Also half of the wax worms I bought were DOA. I probably wont ever go back.

Love the employees here - theyre all super friendly. This is a smaller Petco store, but theyre always good about referring you to where you can find something if they dont carry it there.

Although the people are nice this SMALL store always manages to be out of the one item that I go there for. If you have a pet that requires a special diet BE SURE TO CALL AHEAD.

Very crowded, and extremely confusing layout. The prices are high, but they do have a broad selection of food and toys. I give 3 stars, as the layout and prices docked them.

Went to exchange a fish that died in their OWN water and they wouldnt give me one until they can test my tank water very rude older lady. Not satisfied with this service.

Store needs and update! Carries most of the inventory of a larger petco. The staff is friendly but there is more staff needed as it gets busy here some times.
