I really like this place! Its a great supply store with a plethora of specialized options. I will admit though, the small animal section left a lot to be desired. They had ferret treats that were made from fruit, which should never be given to ferrets. Their bulk small ferret kibble also wasnt that great as far as nutrition goes. Every other section was great though!

Pet supplies plus is great. Its a different stock of products and a different sort of philosophy with the customers. I really like that they will help carry your heavy items to your car. And they seem more knowledgeable about the food choices than the other chains. Typically items are a few dollars less here. Nothing to complain about.

This store has just about everything you could possibly need, including a mobile discount vaccination service and a self service dog wash. Their gourmet cookie bar is one of the best Ive seen, and the staff could not be more friendly & helpful. Ive gone several times now and have not had a bad experience yet. This dog mom is happy!

They were very friendly and they have great prices. Their prices are much less that the big pet store chains. I purchased a glucosamine supplement and the exact same thing at Walmart was only $1.50 less. I, for one, will gladly pay a tiny bit extra to support a locally owned business.

I enjoy the fact that every time i visit, the employees genuinely seem more than happy to talk to you about anything you have questions on. Their supplies have some varied options compared to places like Petco or Pet Smart when it comes to more exotic pets such as rabbits.

Extremely friendly folks here. The dog food prices were slightly higher than PetSmart and not as much selection. I think their selection in non-food items (toys, treats, etc) was much better and the less crowds makes it much more enjoyable to shop here.

The staff was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about their products. At no time did I feel like product "A" was being pushed on me over product "B,C, etc". One employee in particular was just concerned about what was best for my dog.

Every single time I go, the associates are helpful and knowledgeable. If they see me loading a 40 lb bag of dog food in my cart, they take over for me. I never have to ask for help out to my car - they just do it.
