I went to this Petco right after their grand opening. As soon as I entered the store, it looked very clean and well organized. An associate came up to me and offered me a 10% off coupon for my entire purchase as well as free vaccinations for one of my pets! Excellent! I found what I was looking for and went to check out. The cashier was busy helping another customer pick out a collar so I waited patiently for her to finish, but before I could, the associate that gave me the coupon upon my arrival, offered to find someone else to help me. Within a couple of minutes, another associate from the grooming department came up to take care of my purchase. He was very polite and professional, price matched the dog food I purchased with PetsMart, and made sure that all the other coupons I had worked correctly. I walked out paying half of the retail cost of the dog food I needed, partially because Petco offered me a $15 gift card for setting up auto delivery of the cat food I buy. Deal! Between the excellent service, price policies, and rewards program, I will definitely be using again.
