Their Banfield hospital is a franchise, and is looked at as a separate entity than the Banfield Hospital I have been using now for years. They then require you to make an appointment and come in so they can examine the dog, so i can transfer my pet care to them. If I was going to do that, then I can go to any vet, what is the point then of staying loyal to them if when you move it means nothing at all. Use to got there once a week with my dog, as a little outing for us. Not now, will be going to a local pet store from now on. I am just beside myself. Was told that the benefit of having Banfield is that they are everywhere. Well, unless it is a franchise.

My experience was terrible. The manager was extremely rude. And to be a manager you would think she would be respectful but she wasnt. Another employee told us one thing and she came and basically yelled at us. And we were very nice and understood. But she continued to be rude. Her name Joan and she really needs to learn to be nice to customers if she wants our business.

Had trouble getting my Moms dog groomed here. Her rabies is good for 3 years; however the city of Temple says that its no good! City of Temple ordinance states that dogs can only have a 1yr. vaccine for rabies! Any where else the 3yr. vaccine is good! I guess I should give PetSmart a better review; but they didnt tell me last Thursday afternoon about the law!!

If youre going to have such poor operations that you leave a 50% off sign (large one) on an endcap of cages 9 days past the end of the sale then you need to honor it. The very minimum response would be for management to personally address the issue instead of sending an associate to do it for you.

I used to love taking my dog to get her groomed at Petsmart. Now the people arent friendly. They always have trouble locating her in the system. Are nails are cut uneven and are split. I wont be going back. Ill be looking for a place that is friendly and does a good job.

The prices are a tiny bit high on things you van find at Walmart or something but they also have a great selection of speciality items that I can never seem to find in a good quality anywhere else. Oh, and when things are on clearance they are a steal!

I had to take my dog to their Banfield for a month, and this was an hour round trip. I didnt mind that though, because this petsmart is so great! Its new and the people who work here are so helpful!!! Love this place!

This PetSmart has a much better selection than Petco. If it smells like death, its the fish tanks. Be wary of dogs. Many locals bring aggressive dogs in while they shop.
