I personally have had a good experience on getting my yorkie groomed here by Krisi. I went to Banfield hospital this evening (6:10pm) to pick up a prescription and looked over at the grooming of a terrier/schnauzer and was shocked at the stress this young girl groomer was inflicting on this poor dog. The groomer was trimming and manicuring the feet and she had no patience and I thought she was rougher than she needed to be when moving the dog and holding its paws. I could tell by her facial expression when she said something to the dog it wasnt nice.The poor dog was struggling to get away from her and panting very hard, while being restrained by the neck. Instead of trying to calm the situation she was just making it worst. At one time she held the tool she was using to the dogs face and said something to the dog. Im still upset about what I saw, maybe Im too compassionate when it comes to making sure my Kiddos dont get scared. By the way Im not the only one that witnessed this. 5 stars to my groomer. Im sure it is not easy dealing with scared furbabies but taking a deep breath and calming down the situation would probably help I would think.

We had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Irma, so we came to Kansas to stay with family here. We made an appointment for our pug to get a bath and brushed and they only had 4pm open on a Monday, so we took it. We are not from the area and we ran into the train when coming to the store which put us 20mins later than our appointment. They denied us the services and wouldnt let our dog get a bath. They didnt even offer to do a different service that would fit within the time frame available. Horrible customer service and ridiculous managers made this time even more stressful for us than it already is. We visit petsmart at least 3 times a month in Miami and this store has officially lost our business as we were able to get into petco for our grooming services and will start going there from now on.

this location is the best by far! they always have friendly people greet me when I walk through the doors and are always so kind to my dogs Rocco and pooches. when its time to get them groomed they take wonderful care of my dogs and they always come out looking and smelling great. and their satisfaction guarantee gives me sense of security that the groomers know what their doing! there all so knowledgeable and go above and beyond standards to make me and my "fur babies" HAPPY CUSTOMERS! thank you petsmart west for the wonderful environment you make it for me ! the east store location on the other hand. there terrible at what they do, maybe they can learn a few things from the west tracy street location!

I do not know why I have gone back to this place. They have cut my dogs hair a few times and once they shaved her throat too close and she got staph infection and they would not give me my money back or do anything about it. Every time I go, there is a similar situation in which they shave one of my dogs too close and then they have to heal. Not only do they do a poor job, but the staff has awful attitudes. This place is convenient because of the hours and I can do shopping, but it is not worth it. I would advise finding a place that will treat you and your pets with respect instead of a place that ttreats you and your concerns like you dont matter because they have several clients.

Asked an associate where I could find bark control collars. She wasnt sure and spent a while looking around, thats cool. Whats not cool is the fact she told me she would get someone to get me a collar since theyre only in the back but then proceeds to keep putting stuff up. She walks out of the aisle and said shed get someone to Aisle 8 to help me. She then kept walking in circles around the aisle. To be honest, she looked like she was tweaking. I only say that because she couldnt stop moving and had patches all over her face from scratching. Not the employees Id imagine youd have working for your company. Taking my business to PetCo instead. Her name was Jamie.

I took my dog to this place frequently, was able to get into have her bathed and trimmed without to much trouble, BUT seem they cut as they choose, i ask for some to be shorter and use clippers, i go back in and my dog has been " scissors trimmed" because they thought she looked better,, i am sure it had nothing to do with the need to bring her back sooner humm, they always say if your not happy they will fix it.. but it takes a long time to just get the job done you dont want to "hang around more" will not be going back..have patiently tried, just not any longer..

I just went to this pet smart to get crickets and meal worms for my gecko and the two women back by the crickets were rude and when I asked them where I could find the meal worms ( at this time I didnt know they were in the same place as I havent been here before ) and they sent me to the other side of the store. Obviously I couldnt find them so I tried asking several other employees whom ignored me completely. I finally asked someone at the cash registers who pointed me back to where Id been originally. NEVER coming back here.

I came into the store close to closing time (I hate doing that) because I really needed a ecollar for my dog who was recovering from an intense surgery. The size I needed wasnt in stock on the floor so I needed assistance. The only person I could find was the second to last cashier, Karen. She was absolutely helpful AND kind. She asked questions about my dog and gave me suggestions to ensure the ecollar would fit in my dogs kennel. I appreciated her kindness and sincerity so much! Thank you Karen!

I was very happy with the helpful team here, but there was one cashier there who kept looking at me all snobby, and completely just dropped the entire line i waited in for 10 minutes as soon as i got to her for no reason. i think her name started with a D, and i had overheard her calling one of her Coworkers a B**** when i was shopping. Again, very happy with the rest of the team, but that one in general ruined my experience at this store and i will not be coming back.

I went here looking for a harness for my dog. The aisle with the collars/harness/leashes etc. was virtually empty. They seemed to be out of stock on most items. Very disappointing. They also didnt have the kind of dog food that I usually buy, so it was pretty much a wasted trip. I chose this store because I just moved and it is closer to my house, but Ill drive the extra distance to go to PetCo next time.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I always bring my dog here he has sooo much fun he loves walking around the store and trying out toys! Some say the prices arent always the lowest but its only because it such good quality!! and if your dog has an accident its alright they actually clean it up for you!! but i always bring a little poop bag just in case......
