We took our (new) 8 week old English Bulldog puppy to get a wellness check here. He checked out just fine. 3 days later we rushed him back here because he was vomiting and had really bad diarrhea. He tested positive for Parvo! The lady admitted to us that there was a dog with Parvo in there 3 days ago (when we were there!). She then said we would need about 3 grand to treat him and it was a life or death situation...What the...! Our pup never left our lap (literally) the whole 5 days we had him. Im convinced this place exposed him to Parvo and then didnt care enough to fix there mistake. Its just a business and they want to make money, right? We ended up going somewhere else to have him treated for Parvo. He needed 24 hour care and treatment for 5 days before we could take him home. I feel terrible for the pup and will never set foot in this facility again. I highly recommend not taking your puppy here. Puppies are the most vulnerable to Parvo and I dont think this facility cleans up after pets like they should. This is my own opinion of the place and through my own experience. Ive always liked shopping here but after all this, I dont think Ill ever go back. Good luck!

Been shopping here for about a year now, and the service at the front is great. However, the customer service in the groomer is terrible, and I will not be back after the way my dog was treated. First of all, there should be some sort of non-slip mat on the table for the dogs when they get their nails trimmed. Secondly, the attitude of the girls that work in the groomer sucks. My poor pup got scared because he couldnt get his grip trying to stand on the table, so they kicked him out saying he was too rowdy. If the people that work back there are going to work closely with animals every day, they need some training on how to make them feel comfortable. We have since found a different grooming service and can tell they actually know what theyre doing.

We enrolled my 3 month old lab puppy in the training class when we were referred to Carole Gaydos by my vets office (we do not use the vet in the store - it was a different vet). Carole was great! Shes a retired k9 police officer, so she has an extensive history with dogs & training. She loves them. My puppy learned a lot, and I was very happy with the outcome. I definitely feel my puppys learned obedience was worth over the $100.00 for the class. We are continuing training with Carole, and look forward to it. Also, every time Im in there, the store staff is nice, friendly, and ready to help. Theyre great to my puppy, too. We love the store and staff. I have never used the vet or groomer, so I cannot comment on their services.

I went into the Banfield in Petsmart for my dogs to have a wellness visit. They told me over the phone to get there between 2-4. So after my baby woke from his nap and loading the dogs into the car I got there at 3:40 with only 2 other people in front of me.....25 minutes later I finally was called to the desk only to be told that it was after 4 and they couldnt see me! Eventhough I had been there for 25 minutes they wouldnt even give me a discount for 2 dogs. The large blond woman with a wrist brace was so rude that I dont think I will even go there anymore for supplies.....do not go to this office!!!

I was disappointed with the Beta area. The dead ones were pushed to the back of the shelf and one looked like it had been dead for days looking bloated and the water looked sludgy. There were at least 4 that I counted that were definitely dead in the back with the more colorful ones stacked in front as an attempt to hide them. Of course, I went against my better judgement and purchased one anyway only to have it die only 2 days later. Ive had betas for years and this was really sad, dirty and just plain disgusting. Poor guy didnt stand a chance after being dropped off there.

Took my puppy in for a puppy bath, I was extremely hesitant to leave him because as I was dropping him off there were 2 groomers getting frustrated with a dog because it put its paw down on the table which I thought to be a little odd and unprofessional. It took 2 hours for a puppy bath and when I picked him up his nails were splintered because they did not trim them correctly and I could hear him crying in the back. I had to take him to another groomer to get them fixed. Will not be bringing my puppy back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Im sorry, I dont mean to be rude, but its dog ownership 101 not to expose your pup to new property and especially other dogs without their parvo vaccine and boosters. Dirty facilities, bad customer service their fault... parvo, not their fault. The last place you are going to take a new puppy is a place that has no rules about whether the dogs that walk in and out have the appropriate vaccines. Other than that, this place is fine for retail. I wouldnt trust their "vets" and or grooming service with my dogs.

TERRIBLE. I took my dogs to get their nails clipped and the grooming counter was unclear on what I needed to bring in order to get them groomed. Once I got up to the counter I got nothing but attitude and bad looks from the girl at the counter. If you dont want to be in customer service then find a new job. I wont go back. Terrible customer service all the way around so I cant imagine how theyd treat my dogs.

We have lived near this pet smart for over two years now and their manager in grooming has yet to hire a bather that can trim and grind nails in the mornings. They are the only pet smart I am aware of that abides by this policy. The management at this location is absolutely abhorrent. Ive got to drive 30 minutes out of my way as a customer to get service from another pet smart location.

I like this location. We need a prescription food for one of our two cats. While it is sold at the vet, Petsmart is more convenient, though I never thought to compare prices. The prescription food is only sold at places that has a vet, so its not sold at the other big pet store (Petco). I do however shop at Petco for the bulk cat litter (in the refillable 30 pound bucket).

...wellllll, I go there for my aquarium needs. and their staffs are very knowledgeable (at least most of them). Their fishes are always healthy, and I can buy w/out worries. and their supply selection are lot bigger then Petco. Id give it a 4 star, but just because of those other reviews, giving it a 5. :)

This Petsmart did a poor job on my dog, paid for the premium got the "Hey sucker we are here to take your money" my dog smelled just as bad when I picked her up as when I dropped her off. She has more fleas now than before. My suggestion to anyone who reads this, do it yourself and save the fifty bucks!
