I found this store went in today and I Love it..The staff are friendly and helpful .I want the Best for my Dogs and Cat and they took the time to help me find what I wanted..I want a food that has no Sodium Selenite that over a long time can cause health problems. And Propyl gallate or BHA or BHT or TBHQ. Or Ethoxyquin or propylene glycol that are not good for fur babies..and I found one that Im trying out if my babies like it then I will keep giving it to them..These people are great and even tho its a little father then where I used to go to .Well, Pet mart.so long I got a new place to shop for my babies..

My husband and I love this place! Or fur baby Molly is one and weve taken Her here since she was 9 weeks old. They know their stuff, have helped us out of we ever needed advise or worries, theyre all so nice, she knows them as her "friends" and is always excited to see them which makes us happy! Their bath service is great and cheap! They have everything you need to bathe them like a pro! They spoil her, and we trust them to the fullest with her with no worries! Great deals and have everything weve ever needed for her. Will not go anywhere else.

i really love this store! all around from the selection of merchandise, to the prices, to the staff. this is my go to pet supply store! the prices are some much less then the big name pet supply stores. the staff is always friendly everyone of them. they also know what they are talking about as well. well educated in what is in the store. i had to many choices in the items i went to purchase last time i went. how many times can you say that? lol awesome place!!!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have a cat and a bunny, finding quality rabbit supplies isnt easy, but this store had great brands and very good toys to choose from as well. Big name stores focus on cats, dogs, and fish and finding rabbit stuff has been difficult since moving back from Louisville, KY. Their cat supplies are also high quality and its great having a store with top quality, natural supplies close to home.

Wide selection of high end foods for dogs and cats, and great selection of toys and supplies. Customer service is a bit lacking at the register, but then Ive only been twice, so not much to go off of. The first time I went Im pretty sure the guy ringing me up never even said a word. But thats not necessarily whats important to me at a pet store, I just want a clean store with a good selection.

I give my dog baths here and its been great everytime! The staff is friendly and they have the option to bath your own dog for just $10! Its always a fun experience and they are very understanding of dogs who like claiming their territory all around the store! Would highly recommend if you want a cheap way to bath your own dog without having to use your own bath tub and drying supplies.

I have a 13 year old shitzsu, 1 year old Leavitt bulldog, a rescue kitten and a 25 year old Amazon parrot. The staff is extremely helpful. Their recommendations are based on the needs of your pet. They dont push any particular brands or make you buy a starter kit of any kind. They are truly there to help you get what is best for your pets needs.

First time here, I was promptly greeted and found exactly what I needed with the help of an employee. They were very friendly and personable at the checkout and encouraged me to bring my pet in with me next time. This place greatly exceeded my expectations, and would gladly start shopping here instead of my usual Petsmart and Petco.

Has certain items I need. But finding everything you need in one place is not a go. For driving 2 more miles to this location, does not save enough on the money side, to go closer to home. Ex.. little Walmart vs Super Walmart. :) but try it out !!! It could be great for you!!! ...I have hamsters and dogs. Fyi.

The prices are good, the food selection is great, and I particularly love the self wash feature. I take my dog once a month for her bath. Considering that shes a large dog and has separation anxiety, this is a huge help. I dont have to leave her or dirty my bathroom, plus its cheap!

Little pricey, but the selection is HUGE. Its about the same size as a Petco, and smaller than a Petsmart. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a members card, send a present to your pet on their birthday, the works. Really needing to come back.

Very friendly employees and great selection of foods, treats, toys for cats and dogs. I believe some of their prices are more expensive than Petsmart, but they price match. The employees are sweet as can be and seem to know a lot about different pet foods..

I love PSP.....they have a huge selection of items to choose from and you can get help easily. Theyre very friendly and helpful, Ive never had any problems with the service here. I love the choices they have for special diet dogs....plenty to choose from.

I always get my catfood here, as they have a good selection of quality food. They are over priced in cat litter though, so I usually go elsewhere for that. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Ive never waiting in line more than a few minutes.

Wonderful! You are greeted as you walk in the doors with friendly staff and its CLEAN inside!! Top brands and a no hassle return policy. I have not stepped foot in a Petsmart in 2 years since Pet Supplies Plus in Arlington opened.

This is my pet store to go too. My dog Magic loves taking trips here, I buy his food here and his toys every week. They have great staff and they send coupons by email almost every other week. Love this place!

Good prices and great selection of food, some you dont find at the other pet stores. Their pet toys/accessories secretions are pretty small though. And they dont have any live animals.

This is the only place nearby that I can find soft paw cat claw covers for my cat. The store is always clean and the staff have always been very polite and helpful.
