Ive been going to this location ever since I got my fur baby and have had no trouble with the customer service until one instance. I came in and wasnt treated fairly but when I brought this to the attention to the store management per the email survey, the management called me personally and informed me that I could replace an item that I was originally trying to replace that I thought two days prior which resulted in the negative treatment. He was very kind and very apologetic to how I was being treated and wanted to do whatever he could to make things right. I appreciate how they strive to be customer friendly and strive to show their loyalty to make customers happy.

We love the NRH Unleashed! When we adopted a rescue puppy, the knowledgeable people there helped us find everything we needed, from food to a harness to healthy treats. Then we enrolled in Puppy 1 Training, and we loved Brittany! We were the only ones in that class and enjoyed the individual attention. Our pup loved coming back each week and responded well to her. Every time we go in, Scott and others help us find exactly what we are looking for (or actually need), and our puppy loves meeting other dogs there!

This place is ideal for any pet owner, especially dog owners. They have wash stations for dogs, you pay $10 and they provide you with shampoo conditioner towels and aprons, all the essentials needed to wash your companions, big or small. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. You can find basically anything you need for your pet guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, cats, dogs ect. This is my go-to place everytime I need to bathe my doggies or buy bedding and food for my hamster! !

Staff is super friendly and always greets people! They always ask if you need help with anything and makes you feel like they genuinely want to help. I love that they stock my favorite cat canned food brands I cant seem to find anywhere else !

Just finished washing my dog here. Staff was very friendly. Facilities and supplies where clean and well placed for ease when handling a dog. Only thing I brought was a dirty dog. And, the whole thing cost me $10. Ill certainly be back.

Unleashed focuses on the premium pet products. We go here for our sensitive stomach cat food. The store is pet friendly and had a self bath station. The staff is eager to help including carrying heavier items to your car.

WOO HOO! WE FOUND ONE! We thought petco had left our area but here they are! And such a good staff, too! they helped us get everything we needed for our fur baby at excellent prices. Well worth the drive!

$10 self service dog wash is awesome. Dont have to worry about your bathroom getting all wet. They provide everything you need just for $10 and they do the clean up
