Snake owners beware. I bought a rat at another location on my way home from work cause it was convenient. Turns out the rat was sick and when I tried to return it to this location they refused to help me, stating it was their corporate policy. The so called supervisor there couldnt care less about the customers and it showed. So I contacted their corporate office and and sure enough the people that work there are complete idiots and all they can do is apologize for THEIR policies. Meanwhile I was able to drive all the way back to the other store return the rat and get another before a supervisor from the corporate office could apologize to me. How awesome was that. 20 minutes on the phone just to get an apology. BTW the staff at the other location were awesome.

The store is pretty nice. How helpfull they are depends on the employee you stop. I would not recommend the grooming. We saw them get quite tough with a dog. When they saw my son get freaked out the lady threw a fit through the window at my son. I went in & complained and she just continued her rant.

Great place and staff. The store is always well kept and well stocked. The company always keeps a fantastic assortment of quality animal foods and animal products. The grooming salon has treated our dog very well every time we have taken her in!

I know at the end of the day we are all tired. But that does not give the staff the right to be grumpy and crappy and even when I was asking how she was. I work with people myself too - but if you hate your job so much, just quit!

I volunteer here every other week for adoption events and it is by far one of the nicest PetCos Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly, there are a lot of small animals, and they have a great selection of dog and cat toys.
