Ordered a bouquet for Valentines Day, a different arrangement showed up with half dead flowers. I called customer service and was promised a fresh arrangement which would arrive 2 days later. After correcting my email address 3 times with the customer service rep I hung up thinking my issue was resolved. 2 days later I still had not received a confirmation email for the replacement flowers. I again called customer service to check on the replacement and was promised the issue would be resolved that day. I could not get a straight answer as to whether or not they were expediting an order that day or my replacement order was placed during my first call. My email address was not corrected and again I confirmed the correction. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager and was denied my request stating "we will get you fresh flowers today". 2 hours later I received a customer service survey but no confirmation email. I emailed customer service with my previous complaints and concluded my work day. Around 7:00PM that night my girlfriend had not received her flowers so I called customer service a third time. This time I was told that the flowers were on the truck and would be delivered that night. Knowing that they were supposedly coming from a local florist I looked online and it turns out that all florists close at 6:00PM during the week. We waited until 8:00PM and still no flowers. I have still not received a response to my email to customer service. That Saturday I again called customer service and requested a refund. I was told that they would give me a refund but it would take 7-10 days to be processed. I request a confirmation email stating that I would get the refund as my confirmation number would then be invalid and was told that was not standard procedure. Finally got through to a manager and was promised an email confirming a refund and a complimentary arrangement as well as a $20 coupon for my next order. She looked through the logs and told me that there was no documentation of an original replacement and was perplexed as to why I was told multiple times that it was coming. The complimentary arrangement was schedule to arrive that Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went and no flowers have arrived. The only email I have received regarding my dealing with customer service was the survey for the second call. No confirmation of replacement and no confirmation of refund. In the end I have did receive my refund but have wasted 3 hours of my time trying to get some accountability for this debacle. It felt like all customer service wanted to do was clear the call. Im done.

I have absolutely no idea why or how the reviews are so low for 1-800-flowers. Ive purchased flowers with them twice now. The first order was for my mom and the arrangement that arrived was even MORE beautiful than the photo online. Today I purchased a bouquet for my mother-in-law and after I finished my order, I realized they flowers I got were toxic to cats (which my mother-in-law has). I emailed customer service via their website and literally 2 minutes later got a response from one of their customer service representatives named Criza who gave me a full refund and a $20 voucher towards my next flower purchase. Not only are the flowers affordable, but they are great quality and you cant beat the incredible customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I purchased a beautiful arrangement for my mother for mothers day, thats were my satisfaction ended. I was then called later to inform me they would not deliver on the date that was chose and paid extra for. When they were delivered, two days late, they completed change my arrangement. Apparently, the company had to switch who was making my arrangement with another company and therefore allowed them to make one that was at a comparable cost, though nothing like I ordered. I was never informed of the change, nor would I have agreed to what was delivered. When I called to voice my irritation they apparently are not able to refund their mistake. I will not use this company again!

I was looking to have some flowers delivered to my wife at a specific place, during a special event within a two hour time window. When calling 1800flowers, I was routed to a call center in the Philippines (I asked, she confirmed). How, or better yet why would I call the other side of the planet to get flowers delivered down the road from my house? And do I take the leap of faith and believe that this one shot, unique opportunity will transpire the way I need it to when there is no local personal service in the process? There are just some things that cannot be outsourced. Youve lost my business.

Im a pretty understanding person but after three times, enoughs enough. My husband bought a beautiful and rather expensive set of flowers for Vday. He ordered the shipment weeks prior. Some of the flowers were way ahead of others. By the time one set (the most important, lilies) were ready to bloom, and when I say one set I mean literally one out of the four in there, all the others were dead. It started to smell so badly, I just threw all of it away. It felt like false advertisement and a total rip off. This is the third time. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I put in an order and then tried to cancel it as soon as possible because the cost of shipping was too high. I called for 3 days to cancel it, which was confirmed by each agent each day. Finally (the day before supposed delivery) I was told that it was too late to cancel the order. Please dont make the same mistake I did and DO NOT order from here.

Placed a order online, 4 days in advance. Day came flowers werent delivered. Called customer service they said its coming tomorrow. Next day came no flowers. Called customer service ask to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. Called back spoke to someone they put me on hold for 17mins just to say that the package will be there by the end of the day.

The worst experience I have ever had! Delivery never arrived to the church, they never sent it to the home even after I called 4 times. When I finally gave up and called to cancel the order, 4 different representatives hang-up on me. Never again!
